RICHARDSON - Umpqua Snapback Cap - 256

The bill on this hat is so short lol, looks so weird on.

Love these Richardson hats, but this was shipped in a plastic bag. Like others mentioned, it was crushed in transit and the brim is wonky and there are a bunch of deep creases across the front of the hat so the structure of the crown is totally shot. I tried to iron it, but a hat isn't a flat object so it's pretty much pointless. I doubt I'll be wearing this hat as it looks terrible.

The hat is really nice, but the shipping is awful, as they put the hat in a plastic bag and it bends the semi-structured brim. The only way to fix it is to steam it or get an iron close to the material to heat it up enough to bend it back in place.

Great hat but hats should be shipped in a box. Shipping a hat in a bag will leave the hat completely crushed and misshapen. I only wear this specific model of hat and was truly disappointed to find that it arrived in this condition…

Don’t bother.
