Value of money

Our pickles turned out crisp and great after trying to avoid Alum in our pickles. The bigger size is great because we use quite a bit (hundreds and hundreds of jars using this)

We used this for pickling jalapenos and it works great to keep them crunchy.

I'm using this for spherification. I've used several modernist pantry items now, and am quite happy with their consistent quality.

This is deceptive - the product works well and is packaged nicely but isn't a full pound as advertised in the title of the product - this is a 400g package.

We used these to make Chameleon Eggs as a fun, edible chemistry experiment. They turned out awesome!! My kids and I had a blast and we’re already gearing up to try more tasty concoctions soon!
