Great product that works!
These helped me get through a really hard and anxious period of my life. Along with awshwaganda. I'd definitely reccomend these. Typically I'd take the reccomended amount of 2 pills and they'd ease my anxiety symtoms within 30 minutes.

I love being grounded!
I'm 46 and started taking these because of a stressful event that was taking place in my life. Loss of a loved one. Now, I should mention that I also have IBS, so I cannot take up to the 6 pills allowed in a 24 hour period. I tried 4 total pills; 2 at lunch, and 2 at dinner, but that caused diarrhea. So my new dosage is 1 at breakfast, (when needed), and 2 at dinner, (all the time). I feel the calming effects with 20 minutes, (when I pay attention), and keeps me pretty chill and relaxed. It really helps me to get on with the day's activities, and lessens the stress from the event I'm experiencing. Another thing to note: I am also perimenopausal (46 yo), and it seems Be Grounded helps with regulating my cycle. I remember hearing awhile back that magnesium is good for women going through hormonal changes, but it wasn't on my radar when I first started these pills. I supplement with Joy-Filled pills as well. But I don't take those on a regular basis like I do with Be Grounded.

Great for mild relief that lasts 3-5 hours
I've developed mild undiagnosed anxiety during quarantine that really spikes when I take my dog out on a walk (I have a fear aggressive dog so I am always on the lookout for anyone approaching that I need to avoid, or the dreaded unleashed dog which is far too common for my liking), or when I'm lying awake at 3am overthinking my entire life. I wasn't able to schedule an immediate PCP appointment at the time, so I went to Amazon to find something to help. Full disclosure: I take anti-depressants BID for my diagnosed depression, but don't have any other diagnosed mental health issues, nor do I regularly take any other kind of medication (aside from Zyrtec for my allergies). This supplement didn't particularly help with the 3am bit, but I take one capsule about 15 minutes before going on a walk and I am definitely more at ease. I specifically notice a significant decrease in how tight my chest feels or how much adrenaline shoots through me at any rustle or perceived shape approaching me. It basically takes the edge off and prevents my body from over-responding to everything. I usually just take one a day unless I'm still feeling particularly anxious later in the day. I don't notice a significant difference in taking two capsules, it moreso just extends the duration of effects for me. I'm planning on starting actual anti-anxiety meds, but these have been a great subtle relief in the meanwhile. I'm giving 4 stars just because the effect doesn't wow me like their sleep supplement, and I personally feel the effects diminish after just a few hours.

Worked fine, but I take Joy Filled instead
I've suffered from extreme anxiety the past couple years. Nothing I've tried has helped! I had been watching HHH for about a year, reading reviews/researching the products... One day I decided to go ahead & place an order for Joy Filled & see if it helped. Why not? I've tried everything else I could think of, short of getting put on prescription meds. I like all natural products & it was worth a shot. I noticed within the first couple days, my stress levels were lower & I wasn't getting the constant flutters of anxiety. No more elephant on my chest! I do still get the occasional flutter, so I take a 2nd capsule when that happens. I start w/ 1 capsule in the AM & feel calm all day. I've tried other HHH products, as well & had mixed results. Little Pick Me Up: didn't work for me. I started out w/ 1 capsule in the AM & then tried 2. Used for 1 week. Namestay: didn't work for me & gave me a headache. kept me awake at night. I took 1 capsule at bedtime, then tried 2. Used for 3 days. Maca: I didn't notice any difference. I took 2 capsules a day. Gave me a little energy boost. Used for 3 weeks. Ashwaganda: Made me tired, best used at night. Kept me mellow, but have the same results as w/ Joy Filled. I took 3 capsules a day, except on days I took the Joy Filled, then it was 1 capsule. Used for 3 weeks. Go With The Flow: Wow! Helps so much w/ PMS symptoms. I take 1 capsule in the AM & 1 in the afternoon. Less cramping, no bloating, less mood swings. Used for 2 weeks. Joy Filled: Less anxiety, not feeling so stressed out. I'm able to deal w/ every day stresses of life w/ a much calmer attitude. Less moody, more focused. I would 100% recommend HHH Joy Filled! Used for 4 months. Although, some of the other products may not have worked for me, that doesn't mean they won't work for you. Everybody's body is different & it's recommended to give products at least 3 weeks to notice a difference. Happy Customer for life! All natural products. Easy to swallow. No yucky aftertastes.

Might help others , but unfortunately not me
I wanted to love these , the idea behind them , all natural stress relief, is something I can Really get behind . They kinda help I guess But it’s not really substantial for my anxiety levels , even when combined with cbd and chamomile tea etc . I do take them when I have Anxiety but the help is very minor vs not at all. For really bad anxiety I would Add kava , but kava shouldn’t be taken too regularly because it can be bad for the liver (which may be why they don’t have it in here) I dont Notice as much of an effect from the lavender in this as I do With teas I make, but honestly the taste of lavender tea is a bit too stringent for me , which is why I thought I’d give these a try . I’m not saying that they couldn’t possibly help someone else a great deal , I do See the potential , but for me it’s not really worth the price for the effect I get (Or don’t get) but again , I have some pretty bad panic attacks lately .
