Get plantar fasciitis during pregnancy. These have been great since I only need them during pregnancy and don’t want to invest in all new shoes. Wish I’d known about these sooner. They don’t totally alleviate all pain. But they make my shoes way more tolerable and I typically don’t have pain. Adhesion works well, I only switched one pair to different shoes once.

I have high arches & needed to try some kind of support in a pair of heels I wanted to wear out for our Anniversary, these did the trick and felt so comfortable. Needless to say I buying more for other shoes I own!! Try these I bet you won't regret it!

I put these ON TOP of my inserts for arch support because the arch support in in inserts I’ve bought is never enough for my feet. And of course the arch support that come in shoes when you purchase them is even worse. However, I can’t really blame shoe companies because while adjusting these cushions, it made me aware of how much of a huge difference there is in the feel of the shoe and cushion when placing it just 1/4” differently. It makes me realize that everyone’s feet is a little different - your arch is probably in a slightly different place compared to mine but it makes a big difference. In order to make them stay on permanently, I simply add Super Glue Gel on the Arch Support Cushions and it works very well. I actually am glad that the adhesion is not stronger (and it actually is very sticky) because then I can try them in different positions on top of my arch support to figure out what spot makes them most comfortable. Once I have figured that out by walking a few steps, then I Super Glue them in.

These gel arch supports are okay. It’s not easy to determine the proper placement so it’s good they can be repositioned. So far I’ve put them in my moccasins which don’t have a structured sole but I hope they will be better in a more structured shoes or sandals.

Easy to apply, not very high. If u need a med to high arch, look else where.

If you jump aeound like a maniac in shoes that are terrible for your feet, you need these! I have these in almost all of my high heel shoes and my more fashionable/less functional boots, and they have helped a lot. There is definitely more support and my feet hurt a lot less (if at all) when wearing for long periods of time. I'm a performer - I stand a play the keyboard (sustain pedal and all) and sing, so I am on my feet basically dancing and stomping around for 3-4 hours straight, and when I say I don't need a foot bath immediately after I get home from a gig after wearing these in all my pretty shoes, that says a lot. The support is just enough, not too much. My only suggestion: Make sure the surface you're adhering them to is cleaned and smooth, and make sure you know exactly where you're placing them and avoid moving them, to ensure they stay put. That happened with two pairs, and it didn't move too much, still pretty sticky, but just enough to have learned my lesson.

I recently got orthotics, to build up the space under my extremely high arches, and help with metatarsal pain. I knew I had high arches, but was not aware they were sooo high, but did feel lack of support in some shoes over the years prior to getting orthotics. I have bought a few other brands of sticky arch supports and they were lacking. What many people complain about with arch supports is lack of stick. I buy enough for four or five pair of shoes and leave them in each. However, when I get low, I might pull them out of one shoe to add to another pair. What people do not realize is that adhesive does not last forever! Of course it will lose its stick. But fear not, I simply put rolled pieces of duct tape on the underside of each support and can reuse them multiple times. Problem solved. OK, what I love about these is: 1. they are clear, so if you wanted them in sandals, they are less likely to show. 2. The thickness and quality of the rubber is superior to others. 3. The actual arch bump that fits under your arch is deeper and wider than others, and the size of the arch support overall is bigger than others I have tried. It really fills out the arches. I like more surface coverage, as you cannot feel the edges as much. It can take multiple tries to find the perfect fitting spot, so don’t remove the adhesive until you have found the right spots. Then, put a small piece of tape on the foot bed at the end closest to the heel, to mark placement. These are super sticky, so they are not easy to peel off, thus the suggestion of tape for the initial placement decision. These are SO comfortable and my feet feel so much better. Even without the orthotics and just using the arch supports. I have bought enough foot supplies over the years to rate these as EXCELLENT. Plus you get multiple pairs at a reasonable price. Buy these!

Good for shoe with no arch support. Narrow to fit well. Be aware as it is silicon it can move a little. Mark you shoe where it should fit

These are great gel inserts especially for things like my thongs and Outdoor slippers cause I can’t walk without something to support my arch. I would’ve given it a five except that the adhesive gave out after a couple of months, but I just use some silicone glue to put them back in and they’re just great.
