Good quality long-handled net
Perfect long-handled, big-headed scoop net for big fish waters. Good value and good quality build. Feels nice in the hand. Varnish is pretty good.

First class quality and value
Recent trip confirmed the need for a scoop net with a longer handle; having to reach through bank side vegetation to net a fish was impossible with a short handle. Personally, I still love traditional wooden nets. I was checking nets by the premium makers, and prices were 150 GBP and upwards. Okay, maybe the net will last a lifetime and become a family heirloom but I could have a decent added river rod for that price. Saw this on amazon and took the plunge, despite delivery being due from China etc. However, arrived within 3 weeks, very well packaged and protected, and have to say, I am amazed at the quality and the apparent robust build. Soft mesh, fish friendly net with a shallow draught so it doesn’t get tangled. Added a carabinier to the handle for quick release net cord and we are away. Only time will tell the durability etc but for less than a quarter of the price of “name” brands, wow, very pleased
