Best quality briefs
These briefs are worth the money. The quality is awesome. I am on a water pill and these briefs do their job. I have bought a lot and shipping was in a day. I highly recommend.

Worth every nickel and I’m
These are diapers are by far the best bariatric diapers I have found. I am unable to pull up the briefs, so diapers is my only choice. Does require for me to have assistance. They are stretchable and they fit well. They are durable. They have good absorbency however, if you are wearing them for extended period of time, I do recommend using a Tena pad.

Not bad
These are comfortable diapers and fairly absorbent. They're not top of the line diapers and are not for heavy bladder or bowel inontinence. They conform to my body well after a bit of finagling. For me they can hold a few hours of leaking or a couple of accidents. They're great for discretion; they are quiet with minimal noises but for someone with heavy incontinence they need changing frequently. The tapes attach well; I've never had the tapes break or pop off. Being cloth backed they naturally stretch out over time especially if you move around a lot but they're easily readjustable. These diapers are great for what they are, just know they are not max abosrbency or top of the line diapers. I'd say they're in the upper middle of diaper quality. I'd buy them again.

Adult diaper with release tabs
These were for a 271# man. We tried 2x, they worked well but were a bit snug. So we tried 3x and they are a bit too large. We did stick with the 3x and just over lap the tabs. We like the tabs being a long strip rather than two smaller taps like others. They are absorbent but we still often add another pad to be safer. The sides and where the long tab is located are very very stretchy. This helps alot especially when someone is helping to get them on another person. However the stretchy also allows the sides to stretch and sometimes loosen. My opinion is stretch is a bit too generous. The added plastic even tho it has no padding, but extends past the top of the diaper does helps extend the protected area. I've tried several different brands before concluding this one seems to be the best.

The texture and absorbancy.
Diapers are my 78 yr old husband who can't stand or walk. I use a lift to move him from bed to chair and back. Tena seems to be only company who makes the good size (3xl) for him. Better still, they are strong yet soft on the skin and very absorbent. I just wish they were available in stores. He goes through 10 to 12 diapers a day. He is under hospice care, and they provide diapers, pads, wipes and gloves. But their brand is not Tena. Package has no name on it and their 3xl and 4xl do not compare. The width and length are not the same and the crotch is not a good fit. Anyway, Tena is a good fit, agood product. Keep up the good work.

Not nearly as good as the classic TENA briefs
The tabs on the diaper just don't work as well as they should. The front of the diaper easily slips down from beneath the tabs and because of this it does not provide the coverage needed to comfortably go without worrying about leaking. The diaper itself is also a bit itchy. Wearing them is just really uncomfortable and I don't feel secure going in them at all because the tabs aren't reliable. I definitely 100% recommend the classic TENA briefs. They are a solid five stars!!!! Even though their absorbency is said to be less, I actually have found that they hold more than these "super stretch" ones. They're also much more comfortable and have a much better fit. The super stretch mediums are too big on me, but the classic medium is perfect. I love TENA and I'm usually very satisfied with their products. Just not this one. I will definitely continue to use the classic briefs and I suggest you check those out first!!

Looses stretch and falls
It’s comfy, it does work well but due to the stretch being so thin it looses its hold and sags. Can re-adjust to tighten but doesn’t hold very well after adjusting. Could work well if worn under some briefs or something?

I like them as do my Care Aids. They are comfortable and easy to use. They are the only kind that I use.

The thickness of the under part of the brief and the tabs to attach firmly on the brief so when the elderly turns around in her bed they don't come apart
