I like all the flavors but I'm not really fond of the blueberry.... But if you're looking to relax at night every single one of these does exactly what it needs to do. If I have a day filled with anxiety I make a cup of ashwagandha tea and I am relaxing in no time. This is a very good brand I feel like you can trust them because I'm someone that has a lot of anxiety and this really helps me if you want to have a extra calming evening drink a cup of chamomile tea afterwards.

It allows all my muscles to untense and lowers my anxiety. Drinking more than one cup leads to a sleepy, euphoric haze. It's like wrapping a soft blanket around your nervous system.It makes for a perfect travel buddy for those needing a substance replacement to ease their pain and/or anxiety.

We use these at night to unwind after the day.I find the flavors to be really natural tasting, not fake at all. I dont think they taste too strong, i actually find it perfectly balanced. I usually do one teabag to 1-2 cups of water.I love the flavor, i also sleep better when i drink this.I have bought this multiple times now and love using them on days i need to relax.

I have been loving these teas! For the most part the flavors have been great. I wasn't a huge fan of the blueberry, but that's just a personal preference. Can't beat that price!

The flavor is super good, my favorites are Mango & peach and I feel that it has helped me a lot to reduce stress and sleep better, plus the price is a chef's kiss.

I bought this to try the medicinal value of the Ashwagandha - this tea was about the cheapest you can buy - and it's sort of an ideal way to dose as it turns out. You get a controlled amount - and it really is good for 3-4 cups. Just add a few drops of stevia and you have a really delicious fruity blend - tastes just great. And you can then remove the teabag and use that fresh extract as a base for any other stuff you normally should be taking - yum retained. Powdered milk and instant coffee if you want - it's all really good.
