I had some issues with my mail delivery in the past few months. I contacted customer service at the number that is provided and I was impressed by the woman that spoke with me. The product showed up and exceeded what I expected. Very sturdy and not "plasticy" as I had read on the other reviews.

Sticks to the outside door frame very well and very weather resistant!

So far it's held up OK in the rain. A month or 2 now & some pretty bad weather, but we will see. I had to put the business cards on one side & the envelope container on the other because it's too bulk sticking out for the both.

I bought 2 of these holders. They come with an adhesive backing to stick to surfaces. After thoroughly cleaning and drying the surface (outside of my Studio space, painted wood siding) I put up these holders.The first one fell off, hitting the sidewalk, cracking and breaking the line after about a week. The second one fell off after about 6 weeks, again hitting the side walk and breaking. They were only about 3-4ft above the sidewalk.The company won't refund for either holder.Don't waste your money, but holders that can be screwed into the building.

I received the item damaged; however they responded to my issue and shipped another one immediately with no issues. Excellent customer service. This holder is well-made and it also looks really good mounted on the front entrance window. Comes with installation adhesive and card holder. Well priced too.
