Better than gels
After trialing these on a 10 mil trail run I was converted from gels. So much easier to open and no mess or stickiness. Compares very positively with gels, which can be awkward and messy and sticky! And the wrapper will decompose. Taste is good, but I cannot distinguish between flavours. Did they work? You bet. Plenty of energy really quickly, just what I need for the Cornish SW coast path! Not cheap but worth the money. Will be used for the Classic 1/4 and the Thirlmere Trot.

Easy unwrap, great taste and easy to eat
Great flavour, great energy, easy fit into rear pocket, easy unwrap and disposable leaf wrapper! Easy on the stomach and easily digested. I have been using these for 6 months and find them better than sis energy bars which I have used for several years

I loooove these things. I'm starting a marathon training block and hate gels. Figured I'd give it a go. They're so tasty. I keep catching myself wanting to snack on them in general and they're gentle on my stomach so far. Would recommend them to anyone having trouble with traditional race nutrition.

De momento solo he probado uno. La textura no es muy agradable,parece puro azúcar..respecto a la energía que te da,no lo tengo claro,he probado otro producto que se notaba isofacto,este no se nota..

Man bekommt eine Packung Guave + Himbeere und eine Packung Classic Guave, ohne Himbeere. Steht zwar nicht so im Angebot wird aber auf dem Titel Bild gezeigt. Geschmacklich fünf Sterne, nur die Hälfte von dem bekommen, was man ursprünglich bestellen wollte , zwei Sterne Abzug und einen Stern Abzug, weil es mit "2x Himbeere" beworben wurde und nicht "1x Guave+Himbeere und 1x Guave"...
