It is a great product and it is perfect over my one-piece to give it some style and elegance. The reason I gave it 1 star is because it runs a little small. I am 5'8" tall and 140 pounds with a large chest. I got a large and should have gotten an XL to make sure it closed across my check. Plus, it arrived wrinkled so you will need a steamer. Some people here said it came dusty, that did not happen with my cape. I got the cape in black.

Standing at 5’4”-5’5” my weight is around 130- I ordered small, it fits good. Quality appears to be decent. It doesn’t have deo stains or smell used but, it did have some white powder/dust residue on the back (it comes off). Material is light, comfortable, and definitely helps to bring just about any look together.
