So because of the brand name I was highly skeptical but when looking at the ingredients they are all things I tried serperatly but didn't find a different. I'm 40 just starting perimenopause so my pms got more severe and I have hot flashes. All of a sudden my period became extremely heavy when I never has to use super tampons before. I found this product while searching for something to help with my perimenopause symptoms. I’ve only taken it for two weeks, but it’s already helped so much! My mood is more stable (even my husband has noticed that I seem happier lately and am not so easily annoyed), my insomnia is almost nonexistent, and I have more energy during the day. It has helped with cramps as well, and my hot flashes are getting less frequent. My nausea is also gone. I didn’t think it was possible to love a product so quickly, but it seriously has made my life so much better.

I have had daily hot flashes for 5 years now and have tried everything under the sun. Figured I'd give this a try, which was a mistake on my part. My body does not like Ashwaganda but I thought it would work alongside the other herbs listed. I was wrong. I was up all night with waves of warm flushes, followed by chills. Pure misery. I also developed a bad headache,along with digestive problems, which happens when I take Ashwaganda. I did not sleep at all with this herbal formula. I gave it three stars because it did eliminate heart palpitations. That's important for me. My body is just different and seems to prefer homeopathic remedies over herbs.
