This stuff is great. Just the right amount of hot and super flavorable.

This was a gift for my husband and he loves the flavor, heat and variety.

I love all the Yellowbird products, very zesty and delicious but, I will never order this product again from Amazon. Nothing wrong with the product but I received it in December, 2025, but its expiration date is April 2026, I ordered them as a gift but can’t give to someone if it expires before someone can possibly use it, so I’ll keep it and go to a regular store where I can see when it expires…I know you can keep a sauce long after its expiration date, but if giving as a gift, doesn’t look good…but, the sauces are great!!!!

I love spicy stuff! I put habaneros in everything savory I cook and have a bottle of zombie apocalypse which I like but leaves me hanging in the flavor department. I’m not into spice challenges nor do I feel the need to melt my face off so super hots are not my thing. I’m also not a fan of Tabasco or Franks it’s just too much vinegar. Yellow bird however is everything I like! A bit sweet, a lot savory, right amount of vinegar, great heat progression (I bought the 5 pack sampler) and very addictive. If you like flavor with your spice these sauces are fantastic and go well with a range of foods. I really enjoy all five and they have distinct flavor profiles so you have the perfect sauce for whatever your eating. If your new to spice this is sure to be an instant favorite especially if you like sweet heat.

Great sauce, fast delivery

These are not classic hot sauces, they are accurately labeled as pepper condiments. I love hot sauce and have tried a lot, but bought these because they looked more interesting than sauces that only bring the heat and they are. If you are looking for extra-hot, "challenging" sauces, these are not for you. All have a fresh taste and are easy on the vinegar. My favorites were the habenero (orange) and serrano (green/verde) sauce. The habenero has a carrot base and a balanced kick. I find this to be spicier and more interesting than the ghost pepper sauce, which has a fairly boring tomato base and the ghost peppers are very low in the ingredients. This would definitely be better with a more interesting base, maybe as a mole sauce? I thought the serrano would be a smokier sauce, as that is what I usually think of with serranos, but it is a cucumber based green sauce with a very sour kick. I would repurchase these two. The jalapeno is pretty standard, a classic, fresh sauce, the mild jalepenos making the base of the sauce. Finally, the agave siracha, which tastes like your classic Hoy Fung "cock" sauce with a sweetness from the agave. The packaging and the Yellowbird story is very cute and the set would make a nice gift, not really for millions+ Scoville fanatics, but any foodie types in your circle.

This is my favorite sauces by far. The ghost pepper sauce isn't just hot for the sake of hot. It's for wonderful flavor and heat. The Serrano and siracha are wonderfully flavorful

Little high priced but great taste ' liked them all. Will purchase again
