From reviews here and on youtube, I knew this wasn't absorbing. I bought it with intention to stop using disposable Q-tips, and to drape a thin piece of absorbant cotton (a dish towel, or Moroccoan style bath/beach towel) and use in ears. It has worked flawlessly for me. I hold the cotton and Q-tip a bit below base of the head of the Q-tip so as not to go too deep in the ear. The stem seems sturdy, ut I've only had it about a month or two; using it daily. I like to travel light, so for me, the case is massive for the size of the Q-tip;when I travel with it, I intend to house it in something else.

Great for travel and easy to clean. I have hearing aids so clean ears are super important.

I like that it's about the same size as a q-tip, and it does seem to work, for the most part. But the feel of it isn't quite the same as a regular q-tip, and since the tip isn't made from cotton, it doesn't seem to absorb moisture quite as well. I think it will take some getting used to, but it's definitely less wasteful.

This was a game changer! For makeup purposes, I find it to be better than a regular cotton swab. My only observation is that it is not absorbant (like not at all), so if that's something important to you in a makeup swab, it might not be the best option.

I was super excited about this product but it really doesn’t replace a cotton swab. The best way to describe what it does is that it smears it, whereas a cotton swab would lift it away. I don’t use it....

Works great when things get in my eyes, or for use around my ears. It’s basically a plastic stick with two slightly textured lumps of silicone on the ends. It will draw out contaminants from the corner of your eye easily and more comfortable than a cotton swab. Clean up is a breeze with soap and water. The carrying case makes it easy to throw in a bag.

I was excited to find this product to reduce my use of disposable cotton swabs. However, the swab is very flimsy and broke after my 3rd use.

I love the idea of having less impact on the environment. I use cotton swabs every day for my makeup, the ones with a paper shaft not plastic for obvious reasons. Was really in love with the idea of a reusable one! IT DID NOT WORK. At all. Seemed to be made of a rubber like material. Too smooth and non absorbent. I use them, among other things to put a clean edge to my eyeliner and all this did was smear it, it didn't pick anything up. Couldn't use it for cleaning, even ears, all it does is smear things around. Very disappointed!!!

Ottimo modo per ridurre l'inquinamento ambientale. Comodissimo da tenere sempre nel beauty con il make up, io lo uso per pulire le palpebre quando le sporco applicando il mascara ed è ottimo. Funziona benissimo aiutandomi a rimuovere gli errori di make up e poi si lava in maniera super facile semplicemente con del sapone.

Pas très souple pour les paupières, correction maquillage,l’effet n’est pas agréable

ich hab den last-swab „ohrenstöpsel“ schon länger in benutzung und den auch zweckentfremdet für „wimperntusche-übermalen“, der war dafür aber sub-obtimal. DIESER hier… mit dem geht, was man erwartet. bisschen feucht machen + alles übergemalte lässt sich super vom augenlid entfernen. super!!!

Ich liebe diese Stäbchen. Leider ist mein altes nach langer und täglicher Benutzung gebrochen, deshalb musste ein neues her. Ich wickele ein Abschminktuch um die Spitze und korrigiere so die Patzer, die beim Wimpern tuschen entsehen :-)
