I been using this product for years and it helps my me with prostate not to get larger. If I go without this product for 2 to 4 weeks my prostate starts hurting me. This is the only natural product that helps me.

[+] NUTRITIONAL CAFÉ REVIEW w/ video This product was very helpful to me in supporting my prostate health when I was having symptoms of an inflamed prostate. I was having a typical symptom of a reduce flow. I did not get tested, so I cannot provide any information on lowering PSA results; however, I did recover from having the symptom that I described. I also took two other products that I believe worked in synergy with this product to become more effective. I took a high-quality zinc supplement because the prostate requires adequate levels of zinc to function properly. I have read some studies where a zinc supplement alone would help the prostate. I also took Zyflamend, which helps lower systemic inflammation. One of the issues with the prostate is that it becomes inflamed, which then squeezes on the urethra cutting off the flow. Can't do without this! Used it with success for many years till I didn't need it any more. Now that I'm a lot older, I need it again, and it still works wonders! Reduces the Urgency and Frequency. I wish it also reduced the Afterdribble, which Pygeum does, and I've never understood why they don't add Pygeum to it. Maybe they didn't want to change it to 6LX or something.

My low rating does not pertain to the product. I have been using it for a number of years. But my last acquisition has issues. No less than 40 to 50% of the capsules are incompletely filled. This would appear to be a quality control problem.

my husband found this product works the best out of all the prostate health meds tat he has taken. He was looking for something natural and as long as he is consistentwith taking this product he no longer gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.
