I purchased this and installed soon,exciting! it only need a network cable to connect the outdoor camera on first floor, my neighbor and I can connect the same outdoor camera, but with each other's indoor monitor, it is clearly to see who call outside, no need to open the door go downstairs, very simple. I like it, recommend it to buy.

I spent a fortune to install the product. Be aware that this item needs hard wiring and my contractor had to set up a new wire from the basement electrical box. The installation costed more than 15 times of the product cost. After all the hassle, the unit is finally installed but both bells ring the same unit. I had to find another contractor (the previous one was irresponsible and not willing to help) to repair but it appears that the outdoor circuit board is broken and it's causing the the door bells to ring the same unit. Now I need to spend another fortune to pay the contractor to re-install. I contacted Amazon and the vendor and still waiting on the solution on the product. For the first time intercom users, I would recommend to stay away from this product unless you are willing to spend around $3000 for installation and a few thousands bucks more for after mess.

The picture and sound quality are very good

Everything work great. I made the right decision. The quality is good, setting are very simple and intuitive.

Viewing area of camera is terrible. To be seen you must be a certain height and distance directly in front of the camera. Tried to see if there was an adjustment but the instructions are terrible and there is no customer service. In addition both the inside and outside units are very cheap looking and feeling.

At the beginning worked fine. After a couple of months one of the bell-rings stopped working, and the same thing happened with the second one a few months after. I searched for troubleshooting assistance on line, but found nothing. I regret wasting my money on this device.

Works

I just installed the unit last week and the door control doesn’t work. I contacted the seller several times and they have been of no help at all. Don’t buy anything from them they don’t support what they sell…
