A little bit goes a long way in freeze dried herbs
I take just a small amount and it works well, especially when eating avocados. The freeze dried herbs with a smattering of lime juice wakens the herb and makes the food come alive.

These arrive in glass bottles. My bottle of cilantro was broken
The other two spices were okay, but cilantro was badly broken. That ups the price of the other two jars. SUGGESTION: Put spices in plastic bottles
