If I could give no stars I would! Not only are these small but when opening the package it was all broken! So I opened both boxes to use what I could and after boiling them it’s mushed! I’ve made gluten free brown rice pasta and had no issues. Decided to try this brand and never again!

Jovial is the best. My local grocery stopped carrying it, so off to Amazon i go. Why the best?! I am an average to poor cook. And I can make an awesome crock pot lasagna , with perfect noodles every.single.time. No pre-cooking required! No joke. No pre-cooking required, and it holds up! I'm almost famous for it, and my gluten free family love that noone knows or can tell it is gluten free. We take Crock pot lasagne (GF) to all our fall, outdoor, need warm food gstherings. Layer your jovia GF lasagne (straight from the box) in a crock pot, and cook high 1 hour, then drop to low for 3 more hours minimum. 6 max. Meat, sauce, lasagna, cottage cheese, spice and parm mix. Repeat. Meat sauce lasagna, cottage cheese with spices and parm mix. Top layer is with sauce and a few mozz slices.

If you need to eat Gluten Free noodles, these are very good tasting noodles. Only about half of the noodles survived the trip from Italy (see picture). I will place the full noodles on the top of the lasagna and nobody will even know the others were broken. I do recommend to others because of the taste and quality of this brand. The box was simply too big for the noodles allowing them to bounce around in transit.

Best pasta I have experienced since becoming gluten intolerant!! I thought I’d never find something that closely tasted like pasta I’d grown up using. This is the one for me
