TUSITA Silicone Case Compatible with Garmin GPSMAP 66s 66st 66sr 67 66i 67i GPS Handheld

Got this to protect my 67i GPS. The fit is great. Fits tight and gives good protection. All the buttons are accessible and does not affect the function of the GPS unit.

This case provides a nice, snug fit and secure grip for my 66i. All the buttons, rocker switch, SOS cover, the "flashlight" LED, the micro USB connection, and rear accessory clip are easily accessible. It even has a hole for a lanyard on the bottom. The micro SD card cover on the side is protected and not easily accessible. Even the light next to the ON/OFF switch shines through. This case even provides protection to the top and sides (not the bottom) of the thin glass screen protector I installed. Is this cover necessary? Nope, but I tend to be pretty hard on my outdoor gear. I'm very pleased with this cover due to it's functionality and its very good value.

Covers the sides of unit perfectly, protects the main part from scratches and dust, improves grip, and also improves shock resistance in case you drop it. You have to push the power button a bit harder, but that's the only drawback.

Fit perfectly. Protects perfectly. Would buy again tomorrow.

I've only had this case for a few hours, but it's a very good one. It fits the 66i perfectly, and recesses the screen even further (in case of a face-down drop). The case also has the necessary cutouts for the lanyard hole on the bottom (the product pictures don't show this!). The only minor complaint I have is that the manufacturer should use a slightly less dust-prone material. The current material isn't bad, but will catch a lot of the lint from a damp paper towel. Also, I'm not sure how well this case's material will perform under the hot sun. Otherwise, this is a decent case for the active users of the 66i.

Bought this device to use for occasional hikes and emergencies. It seems like a great GPS so far. I did find the learning curve to be a bit of a challenge at first, but am slowly getting used to it. Recommend connecting to Garmin Connect, and Explore apps which can be downloaded on you smart phone to get the full advantages of this device. I like that you can used this offline, because I would only subscribe to the In Reach service components if I was planning a backcountry trip, as the service can get pretty expensive. Honestly I could have bought the base GPSMAP 67 and saved $100, but i like having the extra features if I need them. So far this device has lasted a few days on one battery charge with limited use, and still has battery to spare. The display works well even at lower brightness. There's also a fun little geocaching feature i have tested out and really like. It comes preloaded with the US Maps and Topo data. I recommend using a laptop to load any required Map updates through Garmin Express, because it doesn't seem to work well via the wifi link on the device itself. Once you've uploaded them you can use the maps anywhere without an internet connection. The GPSMAP 67i might be the standard in personal GPS devices. It's a solid built, weather resistant unit that provides the peace of mind I am seeking. I bought my husband his garmin for his birthday and knew I had to get this case for it because of his previous track record and thankfully I did! It fits perfect and day one it did its job to protect it. I would recommend it - great price also!
