Easily to assemble and adjust; stylish and comfortable. I was looking to upgrade my desk chair because I mostly work from home and needed something with better lumbar support. I purchased the faux brown leather chair with thick cushion and have been very happy with it so far. I was initially annoyed with how easily the chair tilted; but later realized that the tilt tension just needed to be tightened further. Other than that, the only real "issue" I've noticed is that the chair buttons can sometimes float if you've been sitting for awhile and have been moving around a lot; but this is unique to the thick cushion and isn't really a problem (the button fasteners have to be long to accommodate for the rise/fall of the large seat cushion). All in all, very happy with my purchase and feel that the quality far surpasses the price point.

Very cute office chair! It is very comfortable, has padded arm rests. I like that the back of the seat comes up higher, it allows me to rest my head. I have used this chair for the past 9 months and it has held up great. Does have a slight indent where I sit, but it has not affected the comfort of the seat. I do not use it all day everyday, but it does get a lot of use. Easy to roll on wood floors or rugs.

Overall a great chair! Stylish and sturdy. Supports my back well, being over 6 feet tall. Love the feel of the fabric. Would love adjustable arms and a slightly fluffier head pillow. Tilt angle can be a little tricky sometimes. Probably slightly more height than your average office chair - especially in the seat back. It is 44” high from floor to headrest with the seat adjusted as low as it will go.

super comfy paired with a sheep skin rug. no butt pain 10 hours on the computer. looks great and reclines hella, not so much on Hight adjustment, but rolls well on carpet.

The chair was quite easy to assemble, but as always, it's easier to have a helper. During the wait time to receive the chair I was a little sceptical about all the great reviews. I have worked in many places during my careers, both in the military and contractor roles and have NEVER found a chair that absolutely met with my requirements. Well, I have just found such chair! While unboxing, I was surprised at the weight and the feel of the chair material. Once I put it together, I was amazed how much I liked this chair that I am now sitting in. It has a refined look and captures it's owner with curves in all the right places, with the elegant feel of the leather-like skin. The chair meets all of the my requirements and when you add a lambs wool seat cover and upgraded casters, it honestly to die for! I am not kidding! I am about 250 pounds and the chair let me recline to the point where I actually fell asleep! I am actually considering purchasing one or two more of these chairs just in case I somehow break or lose it. I am now retired, but I spend a lot of time in my home office in front of the computer. I think this chair will actually improve my home and work life. You can not go wrong with this chair!

Let this experience be a lesson to me... never, ever buy an office chair online again. As others have stated, the arms were not the same height. The back support was eh. The chair was otherwise comfy and looked great, so I was willing to put up with uneven arms and so-so back support. Also, the thought of returning it was not appealing. Fast forward to the second day I used the chair... I sat down and slowly sank down like I had sat in quicksand. The seat's hydraulic gas lift had failed. I contacted the seller who asked if I would try replacing the hydraulic. I figured I'd give it a try but once that hydraulic piece is in and has been sat on, good luck getting it out. I couldn't do it so I had no choice but to return the chair. And that's when the real fun began. Since I was unable to completely unassemble the chair, it wouldn't fit into the original box. In hindsight, I should have taken a saw to it but I digress. I took the chair to UPS and had them box it up, which cost me $27 and change. I was confident that Amazon's A to Z policy would ensure a refund of the UPS boxing costs, but I was wrong. My claim was denied and the seller refused to refund the UPS boxing costs. So... this fiasco wound up costing me $27+, and I have nothing to show for it except a few bucks added to the swear jar. And for those who are wondering, I am wayyyyy below the maximum weight limit for this chair. Simply put... don't do it. Just don't. If you receive a defective chair, returning it will not be easy and the seller will try to talk you out of it. For this item, buy local.

Beautiful color, comfortable chair, not too bulky and not too noticeable in a room, even if a small room. You can cross your legs and lean back as well.

For the price, this is a great office chair. Very easy to assemble in less than 30 min. Just be sure to notice the arrows that indicate the direction the seat faces so that you place the adjustor on the bottom of the seat in the correct direction. (There are no notes is the assembly instructions on these arrows.) The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I’ve only had it two weeks, but it feels sturdy. It can tilt way back and the tilt tension works great. I love this chair! Perfect for a big guy.
