Very nice.
Great fit and very comfortable thick fabric. Excellent grip on the yoga mat. Gaiam always make great stuff for Yogis.

Not just for yoga...driving gloves!
These gloves are great. I actually use them as driving gloves for my school bus. The palm dots make it very easy to grip the steering wheel. Plus I get hand protection from cold and heat. Love them!

Pros & Cons
I bought these gloves to use on a non-toxic mat, which has less grip than my old PVC one. - Very grippy on the outside. - Knit fabric/yarn like those tiny winter gloves that stretch, but the knit on these is quite tight, and they are not that stretchy (maybe they will be in time). I can see them being very hot when it's not cool weather. - Good fit for me, but I have small hands and the fingers are tight, but my hands still slip on the inside of the glove (no grips on the inside, obviously). They are snug on my fingers and take some time to get off (unless you peel them off inside out), so I can't imagine someone with larger hands using these. The cuff is also very snug. In DD, the glove pulls in between my fingers and digs into my hands, but I am adapting by putting more weight on my palms rather than my fingers.

Disappointing
These gloves fit snugly, almost too tight. Takes a little effort to pull them off. The grippers are great on the mat but my hands slide around on the inside, causing discomfort between my fingers. The material is more like a winter glove and hands get hot. I used them twice but not happy with them so will continue searching.

If your hands slip on your yoga mat in your downward dog, get these. Essential to holding the correct pose to get the most out of your exercise. The cute swirly design on the palm is an added bonus.

It is very usefull for what I use it for.
I don't do yoga, but they really help when I type. It keeps my right hand warm. My right hand gets cold and it hurts when I type, perfect for what I wanted.

Not as pictured!
Not as pictured. They are plain without the brand symbol. Generic looking and cheap. I have an old pair. Definitely not a Gaiam product. You can see the new compared to my old pair and the description shows a different look as well.
