Used the Metra 72-4500 adapters on the front speakers of my K1500. They fit perfectly and made my aftermarket speakers work without any issues. No cutting or splicing—just plug and play. Super simple and worked exactly like they should.

Works as should, hooks up to OEM wiring without issue. However it does kinda spreads the plastic legs on the oem female plug (no pun intended). Not enough to not buy again just the only flaw I saw. 6/10 would buy again

This is an excellent product that is built well and durable but they did not work with the Rockford fosgate speakers that I bought so I had to recrimp the connections to a different size to work with the speakers I bought. I give this product 5 stars for build quality and ease of use.i think Rockford fosgate should make their speaker terminals standard size like all the other speaker manufacturers instead of having the only odball size in the market.these connectors fit the rear deck speaker connectors in my 1990 olds toronado but they did not fit the front door speakers.

These are listed as fitting a 2002 Silverado front speakers. Maybe they do but they don’t fit mine. I’d encourage anyone considering these to compare the pics of the product (they’re accurate) to the connectors on your vehicle. GM apparently used multiple different ones.
