Great glasses. They are nice looking, sturdy drinking glasses. If you are looking for a thick, easy to hold, quality made drinking glass these are the ones to get.

I love these glasses. They are big and heavy enough that the won’t tip over. Great for Texas iced tea. I have had them for over 30 years and finally ran completely out because of breakage and looked high and low and finally found them on Amazon and so I bought them and I’m back in service again. I love them. AMAZON did great and they were delivered intact.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These glasses are FANTASTIC! They arrived very very carefully packed with strong cardboard dividers for each glass (and I mean STRONG, not wimply bendy cardboard) and solid styrofoam packing on both the top and bottom. Each glass arrived in perfect condition, and I could barely contain my glee! These are hefty (i.e. quite heavy) glasses that are certainly not fragile and about to break the second you accidentally clip the counter or coffee table, and (JOY!) they hold, with ice, an actual normal-sized can of soda (if you can still find one that is) or a good amount of iced tea. Or a couple of mojitos, G&Ts, etc. in one glass if you are out enjoying the weather and don't want to traipse indoors after a couple of sips (as you have to with most drinking and drinks glasses these days). I put these glasses directly into the dishwasher and they washed up like a dream, fitting very easily on the top shelf of my dishwasher (which is older and made for normal-sized everything, not the tiny versions we get these days). As they are rather heavy and tall/large, they are probably not at all good for kiddie hands. I just couldn't be happier with these glasses and only wish I had found them last year when I was looking for drinking glasses and could only find wimpy little glasses that barely held (with ice) those ridiculous "mini" cans of soda that sell for the same price as the old normal-sized cans. If you need normal (actually even larger than the old normal) drinking glasses, don't mind a bit of heft, then don't hesitate, these are the glasses for you!

When I picked up the box after these were delivered, I thought I must have mistakenly ordered two sets because one set of glasses couldn't be this heavy. But no, it was a single order of 12 glasses - I just didn't realize they would be so heavy and so solid, which is a good thing. These weigh over 1-1/2 pounds each - that's a lot of glass. The bottoms are thick, so these are bottom-heavy less likely to be accidentally knocked over (something I do quite often), and the rest of the glass is also thick. This seems to be commercial-quality glassware that you would find in a restaurant and I expect them to hold up well. One more thing: These do, in fact, hold a full 22 ounces when filled to the brim. I measured. The reviewers who say that they only hold 16 ounces must have ordered the wrong item, or the wrong glasses were shipped to them. Libbey does make a 16-oz version of this glass, and it just takes a click of a button in the listing to switch to that item instead. If you order the 22-oz iced tea glass and it doesn't hold a full 22 ounces, you have the wrong item.

Lovely glassware, thick glass no need to worry about breaking and no need for getting up to refill the glass. Awesome!!!

These glasses seem well done. Haven't noticed any problems washing them in the dishwasher (top shelf). They are thick and a little heavy. Very substantial feeling but easy to hold. The one thing I'd like to warn folks about is that while they technically hold 22 ounces, that is not really the functional amount they hold. What I mean by that is, 22 ounces is right to the brim. You won't be able to pick it up or walk with it - some of the liquid will spill. These will comfortably hold about 16 ounces. Like ice in your drink? Maybe a cup's worth? Then it will only hold about 8 ounces of liquid. I got them to primarily drink my smoothies out of. Generally about 22 ounces. So these really won't comfortably hold that amount. It would be at least right to the brim and I'd have to drink a couple of ounces before walking anywhere with the glass. Maybe this is a common, well known thing when buying glassware that I'm not used to. I wanted to buy glass to avoid plastics but it is almost impossible to find glasses bigger than 22 ounces. Guess I'll have to look for some BPA safe large plastic glasses or make smaller smoothies! Also wish I didn't have to buy 12 glasses. I didn't need that many and now I'm not sure how much use I'll get out of them - I've got a lot of glasses taking up cabinet space now. Anyone want to buy a glass or two?

These glasses are heavy and very sturdy, and perfect for iced tea.

These are really great glasses, and I've been pleased with both the style and durability. I've been using them for nearly a year now and they still look brand new - they wash easily in the dishwasher. These glasses have substantial weight to them, but remain very comfortable to hold, the shape of the glass makes them easy on the hands - even my 80yo mother loves them! (I was worried they'd be too heavy for her, but she liked them so much I had to order her a set too.) Overall, very happy with these glasses, and highly recommend!

I was a bit concerned ordering glasses online and having them shipped but they arrived in a heavy duty box not a single one was broken very happy the glasses are excellent quality!
