Helps my migraines
This has helped my migraines tremendously! I’ve had migraines since I was 14. In the last 5 years found out gluten and stress were migraine triggers. Stress is difficult to manage. I didn’t want to be on medication, after thorough research I found that magnesium and B12 help with migraines. I’ve been on magnesium citrate and B12 shots for about 8 months. It has been life changing. Highly recommend to help relax or keep migraines at bay.
