This stuff works great. My hair is light and thinning and I got sunburn on my scalp one time and that is ALL it took for me to realize that my scalp also needs protection if I am not wearing a hat. I tried this stuff out in my trip to PR AND let me tell you IT WORKS! It smells so good too

Amazing scalp sunscreen. Finally I don’t have to drag white sunscreen through my kids middle part line! Goes on clear. Makes hair a little stiff like hairspray but provides good coverage. I like it more than even the powder sunscreens and I think it lasts longer and covers more and I was able to use my fsa card to purchase it.

Most importantly, this works great to prevent sunburn on the scalp which is why we bought it. Scalp sunburns are the worst. My daughter always burns on her hair part. The applicator is designed perfectly to precisely spray there. My husband's bald head also burns and this prevented that. Did not have a greasy feel at all which matters when it's in your hair and smells great! Pricey for such a small bottle but works well.

As a scalp SPF and color protector, this product is excellent. I spent a lot of time in the sun this summer, and this did an excellent job of protecting my sensitive scalp from burns and also kept my highlights from fading. You get a lot of uses per bottle, so the high price tag doesn't feel too bad. The smell is lovely! I have fine hair, and my only complaint is that it made my hair look greasy faster than without product. It's still less greasy than the sun bum spray, but you may want to add in a hair volumizer or dry shampoo spray to counteract.

I had no idea they made sunscreen spray. My daughter’s head is very sensitive and she gets blisters on her scalp even at times with a hat on. I came across this product and purchase it for her and gave a friend one. My friend has also the same problem with her scalp. Well they both love this product! No greasy hair, no flakes or dry scalp but the most important thing is after 8 hours of band camp outdoors there is no sunburn!! I can’t be happier as a mom to see my kid happy and pain free.

Don’t get me wrong. Works great as sunscreen. But it certainly doesn’t keep your hair from looking greasy. Maybe ever so slightly less greasy than if you just used normal sunscreen, but still greasy. Personally I wouldn’t bother purchasing another product to not get different results, but it’s not a bad product

This purchase that I'm reviewing right now is actually my second purchase and this time I got two of them. First, it really works. My hair is thin on top now and so my scalp sunburns. But not with this. I have been at the beach for hours and actually got a little pink on my arms with my SPF 50 but nothing on my scalp. Secondly, I can use it and my hair actually looks like I haven't put anything in it. I lift up section by section and spray at the roots so that's a good technique. I have rubbed it up from my scalp on one occasion for some reason and I think I remember thinking I shouldn't do that again, so I assume it looked a little oily. But if you just spray it on at the roots holding up each section as you go which is what you need to do to get the sunscreen on properly, then you'll be really happy with it. It kind of puts a bit more shine too. Oh and I like the fragrance. It's actually quite light. Like other reviews have said, it is expensive, but it lasts a long time and it's totally worth it.

Best scalp sunscreen spray! I will never have a sunburn on my scalp again. Smells nice too without leaving hair greasy or "unwashed" looking. My kids liked it too.

I’m not sure how it works in terms of protection, but be very careful with this product because it is leaving your hair greasy. Probably fine for the beach.

the coating on the outside of this bottle literally melted off in my beach bag, stained everything, i think the product was ok but will not order again unless packaging is changed

Excited to try on this product but have received it in a badly damaged condition.
