A Solid Go-to
Absolutely amazing. The quality steel you get for this price is a great value. The blade is of a nice thickness and it's weight balances well with the handle. The steel retains it's sharpness rather well so I don't sharpen it all too often. Easy to handle and can be used for many things.

Very sharp
This knife is very sharp and comfortable to use. The blade is thinner than a standard chef's knife so it slices and chops very easily. The blade is thinner and more flexible than a standard chef's knife so it's not suitable for heavier chopping. Because it is thinner, it slices through some things better and doesn't get stuck. I like the handle because it isn't slick and is comfortable to use. It is a high quality knife and I recommend it.

Good knife.
I had to sharpen it the day I got it but it does hold the edge and works very well.

Good for vegetables and softer meats
Works well, but the blade is thin and flexes too much for cutting pork and beef.
