Love this stuff. Yes it gets very hot, it's a heat balm. Alternative to heat patches. Nice light smell. I have very rash/alregy prone skin. Did not have any allergic reactions at all. It's supposed to heat up a lot. Great for my back, have a stubborn muscle injury. It distracts from the pain. Wash your hands and don't use after shower. Use it as directed. If you get residue into your eyes it stings like a hot pepper!!

I was a huge fan of Forever Heat Lotion but you cannot get it now. So, decided to try this from Sanctuary. Omg, the smell of it is divine. You only need a small amount and it is so warming. It's great for neck ache, backs, hips, anywhere but just remember to wash your hands after using it!

I like the scent and it does provide some relief from pain. Would advise against using after a shower as stipulated on the product, it gets very hot!

I got this instead of buying the forever living aloe heating cream as it was cheaper and I thought why not try it! It's brilliant, has a really deep and long lasting heat (work best when put on under clothing) I have put this on before bed and still felt the heat from it hours later! There's no harsh scent like with other heating creams that you can smell a mile a way It's quite nice and delicate. Well worth the money and ive purchased several tubes for myself and family.

I know other posts are complaining about it burning. It doesn’t burn if you use a sensible amount and you have to use after a shower or bath. This is my go to moisturiser after I’ve had a hard day as it really does warm the muscles to soothes aches and pains. I have sciatica after a bad horse fall injury and this is just perfect for me. I think if you use a little and let your body get used to it, it will do the job.
