One of the best!
Count Dooku was once Master Yoda's Padawan and eventually a well-respected Jedi Master before being seduced to the Dark Side of the Force by Darth Sidious. Dooku was a master lightsaber duelist, famous for using a curved hilt lightsaber. Enough about the character, how is the figure? It's one of the best Hasbro has released so far. First, let's talk about the likeness. It's fantastic! I almost can't believe how much it resembles Christopher Lee but the photo-real tech Hasbro has been using is really effective, especially on this figure. Now let's talk articulation. It's great but they've changed a few things. First thing they've changed is they got rid of the double-knee on this figure. I was a little disappointed but I realized I wouldn't really be putting Dooku into poses that would need the double knee and additionally they did a great job of hiding the knee articulation with the sculpt. It looks really great. Additionally, they added butterfly joints at the shoulder, like they did with the Rebel Fleet Trooper, Mace Windu, Padawan Obi-Wan and potentially other characters I haven't gotten yet. I love these joints because they allow easier two handed poses with the lightsaber. Everything else is what you'd usually expect, not that that is a bad thing.Let's go over paint, accessories, and soft goods. Paint was mostly good, though I noticed some areas on the hairline where the paint went a little too far down from the hairline. It's not too noticable when on the shelf but if you're up and close with it you could tell. All the other paint aspects are good to great. For accessories, Dooku comes with his lightsaber, and two blades. One standard red blade we are used to getting and an additional "in motion" blade for action poses. The saber is beautifully painted and sculpted and looks great in hand or attached to his belt (the saber plugs into his belt like other prequel characters). Both blades are a great shade of red, and though I probably won't display Dooku with the "in motion" blade I think it's a great idea. Finally, let's talk soft goods. Hasbro has had hits and misses when it comes to soft goods, but this is a hit. The cape sits naturally on the figure and looks great. I appreciate that they took the extra step and actually used a lighter color for the inside of the cape. The soft goods still lack a wire for posing but I'm just glad they didn't go with plastic like they did with Lando (Empire & Solo version), Krennic, and Last Jedi & Rise of Skywalker Kylo Ren because in my opinion it just hinders articulation and is overall limiting. So, should you get this figure? Yes. Yes you should. I'm really blown away by the quality of the figure, and as someone who has been collecting this line since the beginning I'd say Dooku is a must-have!

A very good likeness of Sir Christopher as Darth Tyrannus
Up to the usual standards of construction and visual authenticity you would expect.

Great representation of the greatest character
Like all the figures in the Black Series I like that you can remove the blade from the sabre put a saber on the characters belt and the expertly sculpted figure brings Christopher Lee back to life practically not to mention Count Dooku or Darth tyranus to the rest of you is the most underrated and underappreciated character in the Star Wars Canon he's only the second character I've ever seen you Sith lightning he fought Yoda to a standstill with swordsmanship he's so rich and Powerful he could have single-handedly bought an army and took on the resistance price is just so confident so interesting and just badass one thing I don't understand though is when Sidious found out Darth Maul was training his own brother he called him a rival yet he allowed Count Dooku to train both General Grievous and asajj Ventress

Awesome figure
This figure is perfect to set up a prequel shelf. Great character likeness and great articulation, this count Dooku figure is one of the best black series figures.

I've been looking forward to this!
What can I say, I absolutely love this figure and it's likeness to the late christopher lee. Dooku is one of those characters who you always enjoy watching on screen, and to have him as a collectible is even better. He costs a bit more than the average black series 6" figure, but that's probably because there are not a lot of him in circulation. He looks good on the shelf next to my other sith lords, which I am slowly collecting, just got to find maul next. He arrived in perfect condition and at a good speed.

A GREAT Dooku/Christopher Lee Figure!
First Black Series figure for me and I am very impressed! Got a custom head and cloth cape for him but so far haven't wanted to change them out. The original figure all alone is perfectly great! Took a star off because I feel Dooku should have more hands and maybe even some force lightning effects. This is probably the ONLY figure out there of the great Christopher Lee, Hasbro. Give him the deluxe treatment! Articulation also is a bit wonky but for the price, this is a cool figure!

“The Jedi Order’s problem is Yoda. No being can wield that kind of power for centuries without becoming complacent at best or corrupt at worst. He has no idea that it’s overtaken him; he no longer sees all the little cumulative evils that the Republic tolerates and fosters, from slavery to endless wars, and he never asks, “Why are we not acting to stop this?” Live alongside corruption for too long, and you no longer notice the stench. The Jedi cannot help the slaves of Tatooine, but they can help the slavemasters.” (Darth Tyranus)
