Important to have on Hand, but NPAs are priority
As a nurse, I keep a medical bag on hand in case of an emergency. I recently added this to the bag and hope to never use them. I would like to point out that these are great and easy to use, but are only useful if the patient is unconscious/neurologically damaged/ has no gag reflex. The awake patient who is fighting you or has a gag reflex will cause you to lose your airway that you hope to maintain through these oral airways. Nasopharyngeal airways (NPAs) are the priority if you're trying to choose between the two.

Does the job.
**UPDATE** 7/6/19 These things work. I was on my way to my shift one day, and had stopped somewhere briefly, and I guess he must have seen my uniform or something. This man literally drives right up to me in a parking lot, rolls down the window, and says "this guy (the passenger) just OD'd on heroin." He was in respiratory arrest. Long story short I dropped one of these in his face and started bagging him until the truck arrived. Worked without a hitch. I definitely feel more confident about buying more of their products in the future. **Old Review Below** Came with each individually bagged within a larger bag holding them all. Haven't taken any of them out of their bags for obvious reasons. Look adequate for the price. Hope I never need them.

Would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for decent OPAs
The product arrived on time, and as it was advertised. I added these to my trauma kit I keep in my trunk. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for decent OPAs. I have not had to use them yet (fortunately) so I cannot say how well these will perform in practice.

MUST HAVE, not for novice first aiders without training
Not for the novice first aider! With basic training these airways are essential in a working professional kit. Great price, colors make size selection instant, easy to use. MUST HAVE for those kits today!

Tested.
Full time E.M.T. I purchased these for a trauma bag, well rounded sizes and no sharp edges. Each one is individually packaged. I had a co worker of mine with no gag reflex try one out, he did say that it worked fine and held his tongue out of the way properly and allowed air to pass easily. Great for a small personal trauma bag. Hopefully you don't need them, but when you do you will be happy you had them.
