Great pizza pan, makes great pizza crust.

Better Quality than I expected. Great for home made pizza

This pizza pan was just about the right size that we needed for our RV. We can have a 12 inch maximum so I ordered the 11 inch size. I looked at a number of these and when I ordered this and I thought it was a non stick pan, but that's not the case and as it turns non-stick is not listed in the description anywhere. Some of the juices boiled over the side of the crust and did stick. It was fairly hard to get off, but it did not damage its surface while cleaning, which is what it stated in the. description. It did a great job cooking a frozen pizza that we use. I will say that 11 inches is just barely big enough for the size frozen pizza we get but it's as big as we can go for our oven. We might have been able to get a 12 inch in there, but if it was 12 1/4 I don't think it would have fit.

Great pizza pan for a toaster oven.

Does a great job crisping the bottom crust without sogginess. You need to grease it however. Ignore the directions. I had to soak it overnight to get the crust off and use toothpicks in the holes.

I purchased this pan because the previous pan I was using for years just never really cooked the center of my pizzas very well. If fact if I didn't deviate from the cooking instructions the center of the pizza would come out raw! I was hesitant to purchase this pan because in the description it said you would get "crispy" crust. I have never really been a fan of crispy crust on pizza, but I like raw crust even less! Enter the Beasea Pizza Pan, with this pan I can follow the cooking directions exactly and the pizzas come out perfectly! The crust is cooked completely and it's not too crisp, just the way I like it. As far as maintenance and durability, I am taking extra precautions to keep this pan in good shape. Obviously when the pan first arrived it was immaculate. The pan warped after use due to the heat, which I expected. To help make cleaning a snap, I place baking parchment on the pan before I place the pizza, and after the pizzas is cooked and has cooled I cut the pizza on a different surface to help prevent scratches. All in all I am very pleased with this pan and how it performs and I would recommend this pan to anyone who asks.

Good product does what it is ment to do

I use it in my pizza stove instead of putting the pizza directly on the stone. It transmits the heat very well. To make sure nothing sticks I put a little bit of flour on the plate. So satisfied that i bought 2 more, so this is easy to make a pizza party when I have guests.
