It's a good item but wire after some time starts getting torn up because of turns.

Firstly, the ironing results were far from satisfactory. Despite its 2000W power rating, it struggled to provide crisp, wrinkle-free ironing even on moderate fabrics. The steam function was particularly inadequate, failing to deliver sufficient steam power to tackle tough wrinkles effectively. Moreover, the after-sales service experience was equally disappointing. Despite lodging a complaint about the performance issues, the problem remained unresolved. This lack of responsiveness from customer service further soured my experience with this product.
