No condensation in fridge or freezer. But you must make sure the food is properly cold before putting it in the bag. Also make sure the bag is tightly zipped

What pen can be used to write contents?

A pen will probably write on it, but that is probably permanent. I tried labels that the description for the labels said they were suitable for “silicone bags” and said the labels would stick and could be removed easily. Well, when I put them on my bags and put the bags in the freezer. The labels come off, so that doesn’t work. I didn’t want to use a permanent pen on the bags
