Excellent seller! Quality products
Detroit Axle has always done me right. I have purchased a lot of parts from them and they are good quality products. They are very reasonably priced and the company itself is outstanding. I order all of my parts from here if they have them.

Installed and works fine
Installed and seems to work fine but I would have liked it if the axles had hard plastic boots instead of the rubber ones but they have good warranty so we will see if boots last.

100% satisfied.
I've been using Detroit Axle almost exclusively for several years. Not one failure so far. Had one(out of 50 or so) that arrived with the inner boot loose, but was easy enough repair. OE fit. Value priced but great quality

20,000 mile service life.
I put these axles on my car in May of 2022. In November of 2022 during a weekly inspection of the vehicle, I found that the boot on the inner CV joint of the driver's side axle had sprayed grease all over my transmission and engine bay. It is important to note that the boot was not torn - the grease seeped out through the edge of the boot, which still had the clamp in place. My best assessment is that the clamp had stretched out, allowing grease to be pushed out of the boot towards the transmission. I promptly replaced the clamp and re-greased the joint, but the damage to the CV joint had already been done. It is now showing typical signs of failure, and needs to be replaced immediately. All told, I got 20,000 miles out of the drivers side axle on a vehicle that is meticulously maintained and thoroughly inspected for any issues on a weekly basis. I decided not to purchase any more detroit axle parts after the last issue I had, and the appalling degradation I received from their customer service. That time it was a strut mount stud that snapped while installing the nut with hand tools. There seems to be a common theme here, in that detroit axle products, despite appearing to be well-made, are subject to failure due to cost-cutting in the basic hardware attached to their products. In this case, the boot clamp would not have failed if a clamp costing pennies more had been used.
