First a note. There are two but one of the two is larger. I only needed one but i did fund the larger not as useful. They are comfortable and sturdy. Stabilized side tendon which is what i needed.

i purchased it for my 11 years ols relative,he plays basketball and really suffered from his knees.he used to complain alot after practices and games, it really bothered him even during night time, and he couldn't sleep.after he started using the straps, the pain level reduced to almost nothingnow i'm his favourite uncle :)

Velcrov, strap is getting loose over time. Had them for a few months now. Worked great at first, but now they come loose.

I couldn't believe the difference these bands make in giving my bad knees the support they need on tough days! The package comes with 2 sizes of the Velcro bands and it is easy to assemble them with the holder (for lack of a better word). Bands are made to fit men or women. I don't wear them every day, but they are great when I am struggling to put pressure on one, or both knees!

I unfortunately could not wear the bands for long because I found them to be very uncomfortable. The exposed velcro when using the extention bands are scratchy and I couldn't handle it. I think that they could be very supportive if I wore them over clothing, but I don't think I would like the sensory experience of that either.

I didn’t realize that these came with different size straps! No need to worry if these will fit, just change the back strap to the one that works best and use the Velcro straps to tighten! Works great!

I was so surprised when I saw these online. I had never seen anything like it. Using the elastic wraps around my knees when I walk everyday gets old and I'm tired of throwing them away when they get too loose. These absolutely do work just as well as the wraps without the fuss! I highly recommend them if you have arthritic knees like I do.

Great quality. They were just too small for me.
