Update: Seller reached out and offered a refund for the item(s) 1 star added for good service. I had placed another order before the company reached out and that order was ok. Great Customer Service the first pack I ordered of these dk chocolate pretzels was really good and tasted fresh and was delivered by Amazon. Not so w/the package delivered today by USPS. Half melted and taste stale. Will probably throw out. Very disappointed. Hopefully the other flavor I ordered that hasn't come yet will be better. Or that review will be REALLY bad
