well its very quick delivery of this produxt... i woupd like to inform you all that all the reviews under this produxt are of processor AMD A6 but this is new one A9 . use for first time it is lagging maybe becz of its frst time heavy use and pending updates.. will look for its true rating after one month..

Pathetic Performance
The laptop is painfully slow, and frequently freezes and becomes unresponsive. Basic tasks like opening files, launching applications, or browsing the web cause significant delays and frustration.

I'm changing my review 😃 from 1 🌟 to 5 🌟 because when I bought this laptop then that time was facing with lot of problems lot of lag they taking too much time for opening a file or folder or photos but I was thought that I can expend more 3000 then I will fell happy and that's truth I spent 3000 rs for SSD card I removed my Hard drive and insert a 240 GB SSD card and now my laptop is to much fast atleast 10 times fast from my new laptop you can expend 3000 and you feel like a pro laptop it's a promise

Below average product
Below average product.. Not able to play videos after having codecs as base video driver is very low, even videos above 720p lags a lot... Lags a lot and for windows 10 it's not optimized... Multitasking is really pathetic in this laptop...

Advisable only for students
It's an okay okay product for a lighter use. The speed is too slow and the response time for each application is slow too. Sometimes hangs. It's just two weeks old. Mainly bought it for work from home purpose. Worth the price but not the performance.

Awesome product
Good for attending classes, performance is good, battery can be worked on, looks classy and a laptop of dell in this price range is worth it, go for 3.1 AMD, wont lag!
