cleaver way to hide things in plain sight. The box is a little bulky, but I use it as a stand for an ornamental lamp in the bedroom and it looks like it belongs there. If you didn't know what it was you would walk right past it.

Too large to look like a tissue box holder

My weapon didn’t fit and it’s really not a true concealment spot and my wife said it look like it belongs in a funeral home

This is a bad product for those living in the US and other places that use a standard Kleenex facial tissue size box. The whole box size and the gun compartment is too small to take it. You really need something smaller than standard Kleenex, like what a foreign country might produce, or you need to somehow cut away at the bottom of the box and hand load the mess in there on top of your gun, or load in the smaller size box that is made for car consoles. Doing that however will not completely conceal your gun from prying curious eyes. I will say the box does fit together well. I was worried that my maid service might accidently open this up from cleaning. That is not likely to happen, if anything people who intend to use this might practice trying to open it because it does take a decent amount of force and time to pry it open.

I intended to use a Beretta nano 9 mm which is a micro handgun. It would have fit IF I didn’t have a pinky extender on the magazine. This only measures 8.5 X 4.5 inside diameter. So, to use my beretta nano, I must remove the magazine. I would have included photos of the gun in the box, since that’s the purpose of the box, but I figured Amazon would have a fit, so I left it out. Now, that’s the negatives, the box is very well made, and would fit well on a big fancy desk in a den, but looks a bit out of place in my deco. Had I not purchased this from the warehouse which was much cheaper, I would return it. My opinion is, it’s well made, attractive, and very well made and would look good in the OVAL OFFICE, or in the library of Sherlock Holmes house. As for me, if you have to pay full price, I would pass on it. My advice would be, if you want one, wait for someone to return one and get a huge discount on the Amazon Warehouse, because not many people will find this item useful for their weapon or their decor.

My little .38 Special has found a home that is made for it! Once I get my Bodyguard .380, I think it will be swapped.
