Amazing sound, medium sound cancelling, super comfy, battery lasts ages
The sound is incredible. Pair these with an app or device that has an EQ and you can have any sound you like, you can do the U shape of garbage headphones like Ankers and Beats, where it's all bass, no mids and full treble so you can't hear a damn thing but it's loud (fun sometimes), or leave it flat and hear EVERYTHING. Listen to Driver's Licence with these on and you can hear Olivia Rodrigo hitting the pedal on the piano, which is nuts. The sound quality is incredibly good, and completely devoid of the marketing garbage you find on more fashion-friendly headphones. The sound cancelling is not really sound cancelling, more like sound muting. I have autism so it makes the city center bearable, and at home I can't hear any appliances whirring, but turning it on and off the main difference is that external sounds become clearer when it's off, not suddenly apparent like it completely got rid of them. Ignore the reviews that mention the beeping issue, that was fixed in a software update a while ago now. I love them, get them immediately if medium sound cancelling isn't a dealbreaker for you, as everything else is perfect, the fit is great, the sound is fabulous, the build quality is solid and they are very very comfortable.

Quality headphones for the price
My husband bought these for me for christmas, they are great, very comfortable and the sound quality is brilliant, I use them for my music but also for watching TV, my old one's couldn't keep up, and the lip sync was so badly out, but with these what you see is what you hear, hope that makes sence. Also they block outside sound, which I found annoying when your trying to watch TV and people are talking in the room, I highly recommend them!

Worth it, 8/10. Read my review to save you further research
Ok so a little background before I delve in. I’m a musician and I was looking for an alternative to my 2nd Gen AirPods as I was sick of consuming music on the go through tinny little headphones on full blast and still hearing all the bleed from tubes, buses, trains and general city life. My budget was around the £100 mark so I wasn’t expecting anything too special but I did some research before I bought these and did see both the positives and negatives from most peoples review on Amazon and YouTube and hopefully I’ll be able to answer a few of peoples concerns with this product. Firstly, the sound quality is good once you play with the EQ settings - I found the best results with L+3 M+1 H+3 as it’s quite flat at the default setting. - Overall happy with the quality. They look great - This may sound silly but it was a factor when picking the headphones as I was originally going to go with the Anker Q30’s which everyone seems to rave about however in my opinion they look tacky and the logo reminds me of a knock off beats sign. But the 450’s look sleek and elegant so another tick. Comfort is…ok - when I first put them on I wondered why so many complained about the shape of the cup foam but 2 hours later, I soon found out why. My ears felt a cramped and I had to give them a break from the discomfort. It wasn’t unbearable just annoying to be honest. After a five minute break they felt fine again but don’t expect to wear these for 30 hours straight without getting a migraine. Overall, I can live with it but they could be comfier. Battery life is fantastic - not much to say on this, does exactly what it says 30 hours from one full charge and it charges quickly. Thumbs up here! Connectivity is better than I expected - moving from the flawless connection between my iPhone and AirPods I was expecting laggy connections and having to manually do it myself but no. The headphones connect quickly after you switch them on which I like, and the buttons react immediately. The app can be a bit slow to connect but I rarely used that after initial set up. Overall good! Noise Cancellation is to put it nicely, pretty rubbish - I’ve pressed the button for the noise cancellation a lot to figure whether it’s actually on or not. To this day I couldn’t tell you if I’m listening to my headphones with it on or off. HOWEVER, the cups do a very good job of keeping and unwanted noise out. It would’ve been nice to hear what the noise cancellation sounds like on more expensive headphones to see what these are trying to emulate. Cups do the job, but the noise cancellation button doesn’t. Other minor issues - there can occasionally be a glitchy click when shutting apps such as Spotify or YouTube with audio but this shouldn’t bother you. The buttons are a little cramped and would’ve been nice split over the two sides but again, is a minor niggle. Overall 8/10 from me. So much better than my AirPods I persevered with for too long, if looks don’t bother you I’d say go with the £80 Ankers Q30 as so many people recommend them and specs wise they are compared to headphones upwards of £300! But if you’re looking for a solid pair of overheads for around £100 you can’t go too wrong with these 450’s.

Good Quality Headphones for the Price
I had these for several weeks before I gave this to my sister and upgraded to B & W PX7. They come with a cloth carrying case but I recommend buying a hard case for these. They are built really well and no creaks or sounds when you use them. I like the looks of these headphones. They're very subtle and don't look "In your face". If you like that sort of thing you will like these. Sound Quality is quite good. Good bass, Good vocals and everything. Also these are very comfortable and lightweight. Ear cups are not the best will cause a little bit of sweating but it's nothing major. Noise cancellation is also decent for the price. Controlled by a button in the headphones but there is not confirmation of it turning on or off. You have to rely on your ears to figure out if the NC is on or off. Battery life is excellent. You can easily go one week without having to charge these. You can connect this to 2 devices at a time. You pause music in one device and play on the other these will switch over. Also if you receive a call on your phone while you're using this on your laptop, These will switch automatically to the phone call. Now to the things I don't like , My minor gripes about these are that they don't pause automatically when they are taken off from your ears (PX7s do). Also they do not go into standby or shut down when not in use (Again PX7s have this). But for the price I think it's acceptable. Also volume is not that loud. you need to have these around 80% volume to be loud enough (My testing device is an iPhone 11 Pro Max) (My PX7s are much louder and bass heavy than this but they cost more than twice) Overall I think it's a great pair of headphones you can buy for this price. I cannot think of anything better unless you want to exceed the 200 pound mark.

Bluetooth fails in one ear - common problem - avoid!
Bought these on Dec 2 2023 for my daughter - they've been used sparingly since. I've had one occasion where an earpad fell off - they fall off easily and are very fiddly and difficult to put back on. However, now, after almost 2 years the left Bluetooth channel is not working- the headphones still work fine via cable. Looking elsewhere, this appears to be a VERY common problem - hard and soft resets are suggested as a fix - but neither fixes the problem - sadly it appears to be a design/manufacturing/component fault. As they're nearly 2 years old I don't suppose there's any chance of Amazon or Sennheiser doing anything about this, but from a supposedly good manufacturer this is really poor customer service.

Very good quality but a little uncomfortable on long use.
Excellent sound quality, and very easy to use and connect to multiple devices (once you remember how). Only issue is that it can be uncomfortable on long use.

solid pair of headphones with some annoying features
3 years of use before retirement. Pros. Very comfortable Solid sound quality Good battery life Quite sturdy, this is the first set of headphones Ive had in a long time which I am not retiring due to breaking in some way, however it did have some minor damage over the years. Basically, the basics work well. Cons: This set of headphones contains a microphone which I found very irritating. It would often switch into a microphone mode with very poor sound quality, and it was very annoying to switch out of it. If a bluetooth device disconnects, the whole system has to be restarted otherwise it gives a repeating warning. The control buttons were quite unreactive, and sometimes would randomly do something unwanted like redial a number instead of pause music. Overall this is a solid pair of headphones with some annoying features that make me relieved to be switching to a different pair. For music listeners in particular, I would avoid any headphones with an inbuilt microphone and special call mode.

Quality headphones on a budget
Bought these as a gift for my dad. He informs me that the sound is excellent and the noise cancellation is just as good as his old Sony's, if not slightly better. Battery life is excellent, lasting hours into the night. Full price or discounted these Sennheisers are worth the cost.
