They are awesome. I use to be fatigued and after taking these I have energy and I don’t get sick as often. I bought some for my parents and they love them!

AMAZING Pick-Me-Up
I am really big on vitamins that hit as many bases as possible. Personally, I look for mindful formulations, easy-to-swallow capsules, and something that I feel will improve both my physical and mental health in tandem. I am a big fan of ginseng, and I love taking these in the morning. As a multivitamin, I can feel confident in the dosages on the table. But as a mental boost, I love the immediate impact of these and days when I could benefit from a bit of sustained energy and clarity. These come individually sealed, also lending to an emphasis on freshness. I think these are possibly the best vitamins I have ever taken. I love them so much, and feel they fill in the nutritional gaps that I may miss in my diet.

Don't contain 100% of all vitamins. No difficulty swallowing despite larger size
There are 90 soft gels included and the dosage is one per day, so this is a 3-month supply. They don't come in a bottle, but instead are individually sealed in blister packs that open easily. I have difficulty taking large pills sometimes, so I was a little hesitant when I saw the size of these vitamins. However, I surprisingly had no difficulty swallowing them. I am guessing that's because they are soft gels. In addition, although other vitamins that contain omega-3 sometimes have resulted in mild GI upset, I did not have that side effect from these vitamins. Main drawback for me of these German Formula Vitamins is that they don't contain 100% of the daily recommended amount of many of the vitamins. You can see the amounts that they contain in the picture of the side of the box in the product description. For example, Vitamin A is not even listed and also there is only 18% of RDA of Selenium. Many other vitamins contain 100% of almost all of the vitamins and minerals. Also, Folate is in the form of Folic Acid, but I prefer it when vitamins provide it in the form of L-methylfolate.

Vivioptal Active Really Helps Me Kick-Start My Day!
Vivioptal Active contains unique blend of Vitamins, Minerals, Ginseng extract, Omega-3, Lutein and Zeaxanthin. I really like the packaging, six cards of 15 capsules each in blister packs for a total of 90 capsules (90 day supply) the individual packaging is sealed to protect the capsules from oxidation or degradation. This also prevents any capsules from sticking together in the bottle, as which happens with other products packaged loosely in a bottle. This formula is a beneficial blend of Ginseng, vitamins and minerals. I wholeheartedly recommend this premium supplement, Vivioptal Active!

Mangled box, don't know where they are manufactured
I understand that packaging can get damaged in shipping, but this box was severely damaged. The bottom of the box was open because the flap that tucks into the box was completely missing. The lot number is 0378 and the expiration date is 04/2025. Both are hard to read, so that's my best guess. The vitamins are also supposedly made using a German formula. I don't know why this is important and if it's a good thing. I contacted the manufacturer, Bomuca International Corp, to find out where the vitamins are actually made. A month has gone by, and I never received a response. The blister packs probably keep the vitamins safe, but the mangled box makes me uneasy. I also avoid taking vitamins made in China so I don't want to take these vitamins until I have more information.

More pills
Gigantic pills. I haven’t been able to take to much of these pills. I was hoping the coating on the outside would make the pill go down easier.. but that wasn’t the case. It’s very hard to swallow! It also has a strong taste, deterring me from consuming them.

I am happy with these.
So, – let's dive in. First off, they come in blister packs, not your usual bottle. There are 90 soft gels, providing a three-month supply. Despite their size, which is pretty big, they're surprisingly easy to swallow, thanks to their soft gel nature. These are good for me, as I take other supplements as well. But things to be aware of – they don't hit that 100% mark for all vitamins, and some might miss iron. Also, Folate's in the form of Folic Acid, not L-methylfolate, a bummer for some. But hey, no GI upset, and the individual packs make it easy to keep track. In my three-week stint with these vitamins, I can attest I do feel better taking them, and I will continue with them.

It vitamins
I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now, and they do the job. For their size (which is admittedly substantial), they’re easy to swallow. I’ve been pleased with them. I have mixed feelings about the packaging; on the one hand, it’s a lot bulkier than the typical big bottle o’ vitamins, but on the other hand, the pill-style flatpacks make it easier to keep track of whether I’ve already taken my vitamin for the day. This must be what middle age feels like. Some things you should know about these vitamins and may not notice in the listing: - These vitamins do not have iron. - They also do not megadose (that is, they do not contain several times the RDA of the B-complex vitamins the way certain brands do). - They are not vegetarian (the capsule uses gelatin from bovine sources). - They are somewhat large (1” long and ⅜” diameter), so if you have trouble with swallowing pills you may struggle. (They go down a *lot* easier than a dry pill of this size, though.)
