I was told by a doctor I worked for that quercetin is a supplement to help build the body's immunity against allergy symptoms. It needs to be taken consistently and not just when symptomatic. I decrease the dose when allergy symptoms are not as bad, i.e. seasonal allergies - wintertime.

I reordered this all the time. I had to go off for endoscopy for 7 days and with that time ended up with sinus infection. A musst for someone that gets sinus infection every season
