Excellent Treadmill!
I really love this treadmill! It is a perfect size and it not too big or bulky, so it fits in our house nicely. It has a good size belt and is very comfortable to walk on. It was quick and easy to set up. It even has wheels for moving it to a different room if we want. The armrest lets me hold on for security and it has the emergency stop. The belt moves smoothly and the machine is quiet. I like being able to use the blue tooth to get my music and my husband loves to watch his shows while exercising. The speed settings are great, and I can start out slow and work my way up then slow back down. It feels sturdy and made well. The touchscreen is easy to use and I really like having the display below so I can see how long I have walked, how far, and even how many calories burned. It's just a really fun machine to use and makes exercise easy. I love that it is simple but very effective and versatile in that we can do a slow walk all the way up to a run. I am so happy we got this treadmill. I think it is an exceptional value for the money.

Amazing product. Easy setup!
This is my second purchase from this company!! I bought the same treadmill for myself 3 years ago. It’s still in great shape. Love it so much I purchased this one from my mom. It was easy to set up. She’s been walking every day and says she loves hers, too! Highly recommend.

Nice but…
I liked the IDEA of this treadmill more than the actual treadmill itself. I read the other reviews and thought I’d try it anyway. Many people complained about an E07 error as soon as they turned it on. That error is because the safety magnet is not attached. Once I attached the safety magnet under the handle, the error went away and the treadmill worked fine. My likes: It’s compact. When folded flat, it measures 4 inches tall and has a pretty small footprint. It is about 85lbs and has wheels to move it around once you stand it up. It came with a remote control to increase or decrease speed and has optional handles (note: if you screw the handles on, you cannot fold it flat). The display handle is visually pleasing to look at. It has a phone holder. I did not test the speaker sound. There is a lock to secure the display handle while walking. My dislikes: I have arthritis in my knee and felt like there wasn’t enough shock absorption when walking. My knee throbbed for 2 days after walking on it the first day. I also have a long stride and the track didn’t seem long enough (or wide enough), so I felt like I was taking a bunch of shorter steps. You have to either have pockets or hold on to the remote control while walking because there is no place to put it down and it doesn’t come with a wrist lanyard. The display has a bunch of numbers on it but they don’t exactly match the speed you are walking. You can only push 2 of the buttons on the display - start and +/-. I do not think the the speeds indicated were accurate. For example, I can normally walk 3mph with no problem carrying a conversation. On this machine, I set it to 2.7mph and I was completely out of breath as if I were running. Not sure if speeds were in km/h or mph (even if the 2.7 was km/h, that equates to about 1.7 mph so I should not have been winded). I don’t think it tracks distance correctly. I usually walk an 18 minute mile and after 18 minutes on this machine, it told me I had gone 0.7 miles. When you increase or decrease speed, the actual speed is shown on a display by your feet while the display on the handle lights up a number it’s close to. For example, when walking 2.7mph (according to the foot display), the handle display lit up the number “2.4”. It’s too strange and weird for me to track my speed and distance when I have two displays telling me two different things. The phone holder grips your phone sideways. If you are tall and want to watch a video on your phone, you are putting a lot of strain on your neck looking down. (I’m only 5’6”). The phone holder does allow a tablet to sit up on it, but it’s not secure, so I wouldn’t chance it without a shockproof case, just in case it falls on the floor. I walked on it one time and decided to return it. Because there was no defect, the company refunded me all but $60. They sent me a paid FedEx label and I had to pack the treadmill back up in its original box (had to go buy some packing peanuts and packing tape) and make arrangements to get it shipped back to them. Little bit of a hassle because you have to work around the schedule FedEx gives you for pick up. So, if you buy this item, KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX until you’re sure you want to keep the treadmill. And know that, if you send it back just because you don’t like it, you will not get refunded your full purchase price.

Good unit for price
Just started using it and so far it works really well for the intended use. Arrived okay but with a scratched paint on the corner. I will contact the company about it if they have a touched up paint, heavier than I thought it would be. Picture on how to oil the belt not clear on instruction unit. Easy to put together. Will update as I use it more.

Shockingly bad customer service
Did my research and thought I was getting what I paid for. A working treadmill that had the features needed. Unpacking and assembly was not too difficult. The treadmill made a rubbing noise when 1st turned on. I lubricated it and subsequently followed instructions for a drifting belt issue several times when the rubbing noise continued. At that point I was told by Amazon to contact 3rd party seller, GoPlus. Go Plus responded to my message by giving me instructions that I had already followed prior to contacting them. I explained that in my follow-up message and asked what the next steps were. The response was as follows: "Can this be fixed in local market? You can also ask a technician to fix it for you. Does $60 can cover this cost? If not, please contact us and give us your advice." I replied that I was ok having a technician see if it can be repaired and asked how the process works, who provides the technician. The response I got back was "We don't have technician in your local. Could you please try to find the technician and ask him to fix it for you?" This was the last straw. I bought and paid for a treadmill that turned out to be defective and I am being asked to find someone and have them fix it for me? I am shocked at the customer service to say the least. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and they have reached out to GoPlus on my behalf and asked them for a refund and a prepaid shipping label.

I got this treadmill as recommended by by doctor to get one since I don't go out often. At first, I was concerned that it may be too small.I was surprised to see that it was just a good size for me and my husband. We can confomatbly run on it.It's very sturdy and easy to move around.Easy to connect to my phone's Bluetooth and the speaker is very loud.Noise is very minimal. It came from Amazon a bit damaged(Insignificant) on one side.I sent a complaint direct to the company to the e-mail address provided inside the box and they were 100% responsive and empathetic.I love the fact that, it has a safety lock.I just push it off so that it doesn't come on if my kids try to put it on. I would have given it a 5 star if it didn't have those scratches from delivery.Otherwise, it's a perfect machine for every home.

The reviews were the best of this kind of product. So I took the plunge and ordered it. Lubricated prior to first use. Used 2 times over 4 days for ~30 minutes each time. On third use, everything started off fine until it started to make a strange noise after a couple of minutes, belt stopped and smoke started coming from the front of it (I’m well under the weight limit for the machine). The machine was also surge protected!! Unplugged to let it cool off after ventilating the space to get rid of the smoke and smell (electronic / plastic burnt smell). Sent an email to the company as per their instructions in the box, a few days later they sent me an email asking for a video of it not working so they could show the factory in China and help me fix it. But too much time has passed and I just returned via Amazon. The good: - Arrived a week earlier than advertised. - Comes with two bottles of lubricant. - Unboxing was super easy with the majority already done for you. The bad: - You can’t install the arms if you want to lay the bars down (walking / under desk mode) - Very cheap plastic - Very pool build quality - Slow response from the vendor and correspondence was in extremely broken English. Don’t waste your time. Returning this was a pain due to the size of the packaging - so thankful I kept it!!

Not every treadmill is right for everyone, after reading and watching several reviews, this one seemed to suit me, and I was right. I live in a concrete apartment building and our gym has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, I figured it's time to have my own treadmill at home. I bought it more for walking, not running though. ** Please note that this treadmill is only foldable without the handlebars installed, if you want to use it often and hide it under the bed, think twice, otherwise, it's a great product! I have it for almost a month now. Package at delivery was one big smooth rectangular 85-lb monster, the treadmill itself was 74 lb, packaging was tight and neat, but it'd be much better if they put little wheels on one side to help move it, like TV boxes. It's a disaster for me to move it myself along the little hallway. If you have enough space to lay it flat near the door, unpack it before you move it, as there are moving wheels at the front of the machine. The user's manual must be one of the worst I've seen. Set-up should be quite simple, but while the manual does give you step by step instructions, the way they put their wordings in English made the set up sound more complicated than it really was. After taking it out from the box and pulling up the riser, basically you just need to deal with the 2 sets of bolts included. First set for the phone bracket, simple. Other set for handlebars could be quite challenging. After I managed to put both upper and lower bolts thru' the 2 holes, I had to hold them firmly with my finger and thumb, then grabbed and fastened the handlebar, then had to do it all over again with the other side. Confused?? Yes, that's why many people complained about this part. When the manual asks you to "Cutout 4 pieces square rubber plugs", I thought "Cut what? where?" then I realized I actually just had to remove the rubber caps by hand...easily. So, this is why I wouldn't dare to remove the handlebars once the treadmill is set up, I use it almost everyday anyway. But once it's set up, it works great! The machine won't start unless you've attached the safety lock to the metal piece underneath the display panel (Error E07 will display if not attached). There are only 3 basic buttons to press: Start/Stop, + and -. There's no "pause" button but once you stop walking on the belt, the readings will pause as well, so you still get a record of total time, distance and calories when you finish. Also, nice cool flashing lights will appear when you're using it on the deck. I am 5'4" and with the 40"x16" running deck, there's about 2" space between my foot and the edge of the belt when I use it. Anyone with much longer legs might need a bigger machine. Its deck is surprisingly sturdy for its size and with very good shock absorption. Motor is very quiet itself (in the video, I set to 3km/hr and it made very little sound), I wouldn't have to worry about disturbing my neighbours at all. It could be a different story if you have a wooden floor and run on it, but if this thing won't work for your place, I guess hardly anything else will. Many users found the speed far off from other treadmills, me too, but it doesn't matter, I just use it to keep myself in shape, not for training, so it's fine. Overall, I love this machine!!
