This case holds the OMRON Platinum Blood Pressure Monitor BP5450 with the HEM-RML31 upper arm cuff. It has room for spare batteries, USB-C charging cable and a wall adapter as well. There appears to be some confusion about which monitors/cuffs will fit. The description clearly states that this case is not for the OMRON Platinum Blood Pressure Monitor BP7450 with the Omron Easy-Wrap Comfit Cuff HEM-FL31. The HEM-FL31 has a ridged metal insert that will not fit without tightly coiling the cuff in a way that may damage the cuff.

Blood pressure monitor and cuff case works wonderful. No worries about your machine getting scratched or you can't find the cuffs. Everything fits right in the case and doesn't shift around keeping it very neat. Very strong and sturdy case. Great item.

The BP equipment fits within this case. It is sturdy and easy to zip closed. It arrived on-time.

It fit my Omron 10 series blood pressure machine perfectly. A little snug, overall it fits. I like the embroidery on the case. It indicates a cuff with 120/80 blood pressure goal. Makes it easier to find. Quality is great! It's strong.

Fits well but be careful when you open it, it is not a snug fit. So make sure you lay down it properly before opening it

I have never understood why the manufactures of home blood pressure monitors never provide a case to put the monitor into. This one works great and protects the equipment. I had to also order a charger for the monitor....they Omen does not provide either with the equipment. I would highly recommend that any one that has a monitor purchase this case to protect their sensitive equipment.

Great design and art work on the front. I would like it better with a little mesh pocket, but I make it work, because it is so cute. 🙃 The BP monitor was purchased separately. Merry Christmas 🎄

Perfect for my Omron Series 10 BP7455 blood pressure machine. I was disappointed to see a case didn’t come with the machine but this fits perfectly and protects it.

Excellent product

I like the molded, felted insides of this case. The unit fits perfectly. The cuff with its hose fits too. My only complain is that it's a little bit too tight. To have the adapter and user manual with it, I have to place everything perfectly as there's no room left over. If they just made it a bit bigger all around and a bit taller, everything would fit without having to force it closed. But overall, it's really nice. Much better than the soft zipper bag that came with the monitor. I do recommend this for sure.

My Omron bp7450 / bp7455 (same thing) fits perfectly in this case, which means its not sitting out on my table or counter. The semi hard case seems to offer great protection (I'm certainly not going to test it on purpose, but the case is well built and sturdy). I really like that I can take readings without removing my monitor from this case because it allows the monitor to be stored with the arm band attached and the power cord plugged into the wall.
