Laura Ashley - King Quilt Set, Reversible Cotton Bedding with Matching Shams, Home Decor for All Seasons (Rowland Blue, King)

I ordered two in the twin size. They are absolutely gorgeous. The color is true to the picture. They appear to be well made and look so nice in our guest room on the twin beds.

Can't go wrong with Laura Ashley!! I bought the king size quilt in Rowland blue and it is stunning!! It is high quality fabric and the stipple quilting is a nice quaint touch. It is reversible the opposite side being a cream color with small blue medallion accents. Very soft, comfortable and lightweight. I just bought a king size bed and frame and this blanket doesn't go all the way to the floor but I like that, that way it isn't in the way and getting dirty and stepped on. The quilt pairs well with solid off white sheets. All in all, a great purchase and well worth the money.

I bought this blue quilt set in king size. I also bought the European sham set. It appears the reviews are shared between the two. This is a beautiful quilt set. The blue, at least on mine, is a grayish blue. I have zero gray in the bedroom and my walls are tan. My accent color in the room is dusty blue, and the quilt looks fabulous. It's well made, and a decent weight - perfect for summers in the South, and we just toss a plain white comforter on top in the winter. I washed in on gentle and dried in on low at a laundromat. I was nervous, based on a few other reviews, that it would shrink so much it wouldn't come down to the bottom of the 11.5" mattress, but I have almost 2" to spare on each side. (If you have a super tall mattress, this may be a concern ... might have to cheat on the side facing the wall.) I do think most quilt manufacturers these days assume you'll have a bed skirt. The Euro shams are very well made and have a great zipper (see photo). They are a bit boring, though. But LISTEN up: the Euro shams look great in the Amazon photo, but that bed is NOT a king - probably a Full. The 2 shams (filled) looked silly on our king size bed. We decided we'd either have to buy a third Euro sham and insert, or forget it. We decided to forget it, and I'm going to make a few toss pillows from the shams, so BEWARE if you have a king bed. The blue quilt set is calming to look at, and not too feminine that guys would dislike it. We're very happy with our new bedroom!

I love this! It’s the perfect thickness and weight and so soft BUT I ordered the grey queen for my queen size bed and sides barely cover my mattress. It definitely doesn’t cover like it shows in the pictures. Since they were on sale and I had a hard time trying to decide on grey or blue I also ordered the blue but in king size.

Love it, exactly what I needed for my guest room. Washed well, just as pictured. No issue with sizing for twin bed, fit perfectly.

I like Laura Ashley products. They are feminine and beautiful. This Full/Queen Sized Quilt Set comes with the Quilt, and 2 Standard Sized Pillow Shams, in a storage bag. This is supposed to be an All Season Quilt, but I doubt it will be for me, as I am rather warm blooded. I live on the 3rd floor, in an apt building. As they say, heat does rise! This Quilt is not heavy in weight, but at least for me, it does keep me warm, and it's January. For a less warm blooded person, the quilt by itself may not be enough in colder weather, but is fine for me. To me, this is a Classic, Timeless Quilt & Shams, both as far as the design, as well as in color, the shade of blue. I love that the quilt is reversible, so you get two different looks, with one quilt. I can see using this Laura Ashley Quilt & Shams for many years to come, tho for me it will only be used in cooler weather. Where I live we don't get snow, or severe cold weather. This would make a very nice gift, for yourself, or for an older girl, or a woman. I don't see this Laura Ashley Quilt and Shams Set as unisex, it's definitely for someone feminine. It's very well made. I love it! It's exactly what I wanted!

It’s breathable and lightweight and is great for a bed quilt. I’ve bought sheets to match and I’m very satisfied.

Bought this for a Queen sized bed with a 17" mattress. I wanted to make sure there was enough drape. It is a beautiful aqua/blue with white/ivory colours. It is neither pure white nor is it a true ivory. I use it with a white eyelet dust ruffle and it looks just fine. I had to make the shams a bit smaller as I did not have king sized pillows but I knew that when I purchased and had no problem adjusting the length of them. Nice weight and beautifully made. The fabric has a soft hand to it, not cheap and scratchy. Would recommend.
