Part of Ayurvedic medicine tradition to control glucose. Has a tart flavor and can't completely dissolve in water, so put in something like applesauce or peanut butter.

Smells less, taste little strong but nice only, texture is very smooth, the quality is above average. It can be consumed regularly. The color is as in the pics attached.

I have been taking Amala for good while, and this does not taste like Amala powder. It tastes like Triphala powder (which also contains Amala). I will be requesting a refund on this and will order from another vendor.

I think it is good quality.

Bought this to reduce cholesterol but very bad tasting. 🤪
