This product has helped me massively, I am less bloated, they are easy to swallow no discomfort and excellent quality, very effective would recommend especially with any weight loss medication.

If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would, they have honestly changed my life! I was having so many issues with my gut health prior to taking these, such as painful cramps and bloating, unable to go to the loo etc which was making me feel awful and constantly exhausted. However, I’ve now been taking these daily for a couple of weeks and the difference is amazing. My bloating has gone, my cramps have gone, my entire gut seems to have regulated itself and I feel better than ever! They are so affordable compared to other products on the market, and I’ll absolutely be buying them every month. They’ve also all but resolved some issues I was having with intimate health too. Honestly cannot recommend them enough!

These fab they helped quite pricey but good ones on market you could always just cut out sugar and do a carnivore diet? It helps the same amount as taking these pills but do what you want to do . It is really useful and effective. Normal pill size and easy to take.

Having taken these probiotics for just over a week, I’m aware it’s still early days, but the initial signs are genuinely encouraging. Of course, after only a week it’s too soon to make any grand claims, but based on how I feel so far, I’m optimistic and very happy to continue. At this stage, I would certainly say it shows the signs of being a very good quality supplement, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the benefits develop further.

Have tried many brands to help post chemo radiation as had pelvic radiation and has given me digestive issues that I’m under the hospital for , was recommended by a doctor to find a good probiotic that could help me and this is definitely it !!! Iv been buying these for a good few months now. I like them as i dont feel so bloated. No taste or smell iv noticed. Good for gut health.

These should honestly be called Guffstar. The level of fart these caused was mental so bad I could no longer blame the dogs. I had to stop after 2 weeks so bring the air pollution level down to a safe zone for me and my husband. I took them because of bloatedness. I also did other things to bring that down so cannot tell if it was these or something else. I do think these helped but honestly not worth the toxic levels of farts

I saw this product heavily advertised and promoted on Tiktok & wasn't sure if it was just a paid promo thing for influencers, but when I saw 'normal' people talking about it too and saying that it genuinely works I was convinced to give it a go .. I've been taking it for just over a week now so I've given it enough time to work & make an informed review so far so good! I've struggled with reoccurring thrush since having my children 7 years ago, I've taken more canisten than I can count & it always comes back as soon as something disturbs my PH, every period, every time taking antibiotics, every time I have s*x, even if the wrong shower gell gets close, its been debilitating for 7 years!! I was just coming out of my cycle when I started taking them & I didn't get thrush like I usually do straight after & I have been intimate since taking them & so far NO THRUSH 🎉 .. it's been the first time in years I can say that! I used to spend £14 pounds on thrush treatment at least once every couple of months so £20 a month to be (fingers crossed) thrush feee is absolutely worth it! * I'm not sure what people are saying about the after taste as I haven't noticed one? I take my tablet with a really big gulp of something with flavour like tea or apple juice so it masks the aftertaste & so far I haven't noticed one.
