I just got myself a Concept 2 Rower, but I'm in a new house and didn't want to damage the new hardwood floors, I was considering getting all kinds of different rubber mats, but those were not only expensive but according to the reviews very smelly. I came across these and after about two weeks of continuous use I have not moved them once, they do not slip, and do not smell, but most of all they protect the floors. I'm a pretty big guy and the durability on these is really high I mean they barely look used and I've used them every day more than twice a day. They are super dense and are all rubber there is not EVA foam layers or anything like that... Also I got this six pack in case two of them fell apart I could replace them, but I can confidently say I don't see that happening any time soon.

I end up using these things everywhere, not just for exercise stuff. They're just so versatile anywhere you don't want to damage a floor, need to prop something up a bit or use as a coaster. If something is heavy, it's not going to break it. If you need some vibration protection, these help.I have a few under a weight bench and pull up tower, but I also use them under a treadmill, rower, desk, washer, dryer...you name it. I even put some under my kiddo's sim rig because the shifting was creating a lot of noise above us.

I'm so glad I went with these even though they cost more than others. My exercise bike is a cheap simple rig, the kind you can collapse and roll into a corner. I rearranged my living room so that my bike can stay up permanently and worried that possibly even though the bike seems quiet to me some vibration noise might be traveling through my floor to annoy The neighbor below. So just to be sure I went looking for pads to put under the 4 feet of my bike. A lot of the descriptions of the others mention really awful toxic smells coming from the pads and these did not have reviews saying that so that's the main reason I bought this brand. The bonus is that because I got six I can put two under each of the front feet And one under each of the back feet because my bike is more comfortable this way with the front raised up slightly higher. No smells whatsoever. Love them.

These fit under the feet of my upright bike to protect my carpet, while giving a firm surface for a stable feel to bike. They are thicker than bike mats, and keep my spare room looking nice with carpet instead of a big rectangular mat that would shrink the room. Great value for the price.

It's not bad- it help with protecting the floor from my eliptical but it doesn't do a lot for the noise from downstairs. I can still hear the machine just the same as before.
