A friend recommended this product and I decided to give it a try. Within 2 weeks of taking it the hot flashes started to happen less often, by week 3 they were all gone. I have been taking them for 3 months now and am happy with the results. I did have a slight discomfort in my stomach the first 2 days of taking it, but by day 3 it was all gone.

This is the only product that has reduced my hot flashes. I've tried many things and it works without a Dr visit.

I use Estrovera every day. It’s much easier to put on auto-ship then have to go to my drs office to pick it up! It helps with my perimenopause symptoms- I take this in the AM and estroven cooling at night.

I am very happy my doctor recommended this supplement to me for hot flashes. I was skeptical - I had tried a couple of other supplements and so was not optimistic. He said he would put me on HRT if it did not work, but wanted me to try this first. The first couple of days after I was on it the hot flashes got worse (like hourly) - but then after about 2 weeks - they have completely stopped. I have been on it a month now and am thrilled with the results. update: have been on it 3 months now and am amazed and impressed it was able to stop my hot flashes. And I had very, very low expectations when my doctor recommended it. It is really a wonderful product. No other side effects for me - and I am someone who is prone to headaches - but this doesn't cause any negative side effects for me. 15 month update: Estrovera is still working very well for me (stopping my hot flashes) with no negative side effects at all. Before Estrovera, I had tried black cahosh, soy, and chaste tree - and none of these worked at all for me. Again though- it took about 2 weeks to work on me - so please keep that in mind if you try it. Before the 2 week mark - my hot flashes got a lot worse before they stopped altogether - almost like magic. I just couldn't believe it worked so well for me and wanted others to know about this product.

I’ve been taking Metagenics HerWellness Estrovera for a while, and it has definitely helped with menopause symptoms. I still get some warmth at night, but the frequency and intensity of hot flashes have noticeably decreased. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. It’s not a miracle cure, but it provides gentle, consistent relief. If you’re looking for a supplement to help manage hot flashes, this one is worth trying. I've tried pretty much every supplement on the market. This is the only one that has helped reduce hot flashes.

First things first. I went from zero to one hundred on the menopause scale overnight. I was miserable with hot flashes all day long. Nights were even worse. I was sweating and not able to sleep at all. I had a ceiling fan on high, another fan right by my face, cooling blanket, cooling pillowcase, cooling pajamas and was still sweating all night. My doctor confirmed I was post menopausal and recommended this product. She told me that there were numerous studies that showed this product worked well. She said if it didn’t work, the only other option would be HRT. She did tell me it could take about two weeks to see improvement. Two weeks in, the hot flashes were less and the ones I did have seemed to be less severe. Nights were still rough for me. Finally, around 30 days in, I got the relief I was looking for. Minimal hot flashes during the day and no more night sweats. I’m now back down to just the ceiling fan and I no longer have to wear cooling pajamas. This product is fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough. Just be sure to give it about 30 days though. Don’t give up if it doesn’t seem to be working two weeks in.

I cannot take hormones and this was recommended to me by my endocrinologist. It helps me to synthesize my own hormones organically. If you cannot take hormones, consult with your doctor first and consider this as a possible alternative.

This medication does not work for me. Please remove it from my subscription of every month. This is my fourth cancellation and you continue to send it monthly. It doesn’t work for me.

I was really hoping these would work, at least for menopause hot flashes, unfortunately they did not help me personally. I took them for three months which is the length of time they say it can take for Rhubarb to work. Black cohosh is an absolute champion, but it can cause severe liver damage. Red clover did nothing. Back to the drawing board.
