THE BEST MULTI-VITAMIN I'VE EVER TAKEN - hands down. And I've been taking multi-vitamins since I was a kid. I turned to this brand because it does not contain TITANIUM DIOXIDE, a known carcinogen, which is in Centrum vitamin products. FYI titanium dioxide is used to make products white. It is used in white paint. It's also in a lot of food products that need to look white. It's even in M&M's candy (the hard white shell under the color). Most of the times titanium dioxide is listed on the label. Other times it's not on the label because it's allowed in a product by FDA DEFINITION, for example: milk (to make it look white, wholesome and refreshing). Milk is DEFINED by the FDA. That's why you never see a list of the ingredients added to milk on the label or anywhere on the product. But I'm starting to wonder off the subject, sorry -> in my opinion this multi-vitamin brand is well worth a try.

I am a 58 year old man. I have used many different brands of vitamins and these are the most effective. They have a good ingredient list and i trust the manufacturer. Best I have found anywhere.

These don’t upset my stomach and keep me going. I recommend them even though they are pricey. Good vitamin!

These are a bit easier to swallow than the other brand was taking. Mild on the stomach. Might be slightly smaller and is coated which helps.

So glad I discovered this truly better-for-you vitamin brand. Really appreciate the bonus ingredients and bioavailability of all ingredients compared to their competitors.

I have used this product for many years. It works. My blood tests are perfectly balanced.

This is not a complaint on the product but on a particular seller, Express Health, and Amazon's dealing with an incorrect order. After ordering this item and receiving another, I contacted Amazon. I was told I had to reorder the item and pay for it again. What? I did receive a return label but now have to return it and wait for a refund. I told them they should just send me the correct item with a return label and if I did not return the incorrect item in 30 days, then charge me. They told me they couldn't b/c it was a third party seller. I responded that if they are to act as middle man for third party sellers, they should require those sellers to abide by certain return policies, especially in a case where they ship the incorrect item. Now I have to make a trip to UPS, I don't have the vitamins, and I am out the money paid for this supplement for who knows how long.
