Was the most perfect fit for my sons room!! He stores his legos on it and has room play, draw and do work. The bottom shelf is also great for storage!! Easy to assemble and we’ve had almost a year and it’s in perfect shape!!

The one thing I really didn't appreciate about this desk was the screwdriver that was provided to put it together. Used a allen key screwdriver combo I had on-hand from something else I put together not too long ago- it really came in handy and made this a breeze to put together. The instruction diagrams were easy to follow, although they were kinda confusing in spots where it was indicating the screws behind or under a couple of sections.The top shelf was the most difficult part for me- due to the screws for the dividers...I mean they do fit and fasten....they just didn't want to lol- felt like they weren't meant to go under there and they don't fit flush to the surface so I questioned myself as I was following the picture... rest assured though, they do fit. It took a couple of hours to put it together by myself mostly cuz I was doing other things and I had a super small area to construct it in.The price is phenomenal compared to many other prices I've found online for desks with bookshelves or hutches. It's sturdy and does hold weight well. Mine was chipped on the front edge of the table but I attribute that to an evil delivery dude and, later on, my dad who thought it was his package and basically destroyed the box =_=### it'll just be its dimple...thinking of covering it with a sticker tomorrow.It's a very roomy feeling desk and I'm getting all happy thinking of reading, writing letters, doing my digital/traditional art (ohuhu brush markers are phenomenal btw but you proli couldn't care less about that right now 😅), and studying ...Overall it's pretty awesome and just looks amazing. Small enough to fit into my little room but big enough to house everything I need it to as well. True to the measurements. The top shelf is below eye level for a 5'3" person- it's shorter than I thought it would be, but that was honestly a pleasant discovery in my case. Super happy I didn't pass this one up.

I absolutely love this desk. I wanted a desk to keep separate from my work desk to use just for personal hobbies. This one it’s the perfect size and I love all of the shelf space. It’s looks great, and it was easy to put together. It feels sturdy.

I’m a relatively handy person, comfortable with building furniture at this point.Two big things most people will want to know: the gold is the glittery, youth colour of gold rather than the chic metallic paint kind of gold. I’m fine with this, but I know there are people who are more particular, so I wanted to make note of it!Number two: the piece of furniture is quite sturdy, very level. The shelves haven’t bowed despite me stacking my collector edition classics on them (though to be fair, I haven’t had this desk very long.)Overall I’m pretty happy with it, it’s more or less exactly what I expected for the money. The one hitch is honestly how irritating it was to assemble. Some holes didn’t line up nicely (and I swear it’s not user error— I’ve built many things, drawers, desks, shelves, you name it.) The directions were fairly meh, but easy enough to follow. Every now and then I questioned why it put certain steps in the order that it did because it wasn’t the most efficient way, but still worked, albeit not without some very awkward working angles.Pro tip: while assembling, definitely don’t screw everything tightly right off the bat. This piece (especially with some holes not playing nice) is built best by assembling it relatively “loose” and then tightening everything after it’s entirely put together.Overall a nice desk and would recommend to someone who’s comfortable in building furniture or has a friend who is (even if that friend is Amazon’s expert assembly!)

Easy to install, sturdy, aesthetically pleasing

This is a great little desk.The top shelf holds books, knick-knacks, and the family charging station. The desktop holds two 28" monitors side by side with the docking station nestled behind and cords tucked away. I was able to hide the surge protector and all wires under the desk without much issue, though there are still visible wires since there are no pre-drilled holes. The shelf under the desk is very popular for my cats.Overall, for the price, this is a simple, effective design for home office use.

I love my desk I think it’s perfect if you are looking for a strong desk to do work or homework definitely getting me through college smoothly was able to add multiple items not wobbly what so ever perfect shade of white !
