Purchased this clock hand set for a home made wall clock we designed. It was the perfect size and design. Love that it came with two style options. We chose the more contemporary look. The clock hands feel somewhat delicate when assembling so be gentle with them. But they're perfect. Very quite...you can only hear the clicking of the clock if it's quite and you're really trying to hear it. We've had it running for over a week now and it keeps perfect time. Love it!

Very simple to assemble, and I got two choices of hand styles. I chose not to add the second hand and it works fine without. After mounting on the wall, make sure to check the time against an accurate time after 15 and 30 minutes, because without a stable clock face it's hard to tell when it's exactly on the minute. After checking and adjusting the time twice, it's kept accurate time for months.

I love the look of the clock, and it's almost always accurate (slows down tiny bit every week or so) but easy to reset back to the right time. My biggest disappointment was that the second hand (primary motivation for this purchase) works only with the fancier hands, and not with the straight hands (which are the ones I prefer). Otherwise, I'm happy that I finally have my kitchen clock working again! Mahalo nui, By the way, it might help when you send these clocks to the u.s. if you could include the first carbon battery with the note that they ONLY work with carbon batteries (which may not be available in a given area - such as where *I* live!). That was my only surprise. The second hand not working with my preferred hour- and minute hands was my only disappointment. They look really nice, and tell time for me once I finally received the batteries I ordered.

We are low on wall space and have several dividers up in the house, so I looked for a light, less obvious and modern clock that we could hang on one of the dividers. This couldn't be a more perfect solution! (It's actually quite beautiful, I stare at it all the time. ☺) I'm adding a pic where you can see that it's hung with a simple paperclip, it's THAT light. It keeps accurate time and is also near silent, and after a week we've only noticed the ticking once or twice (very faint). Thanks to other reviews we read before we decided on these, we knew to get carbon batteries. (News to us—now they're in all of our clocks.) Warning: be patient and use a gentle touch! Both sets of hands are light and flimsy, so make sure to not only be careful and follow the included directions, but check from the side to be sure there's equal space between the hands from top to bottom before and after you hang it. The hands are easy to bend, and we just barely had to adjust them once the clock was up. Given the price it's a GREAT value and we highly recommend.

I liked the minimalist looks of the straight hands provided with this click. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only a few hours using Long Life Lithium batteries. I went to the store and bought the old non-alkaline batteries (hard to find) that are recommended in the instruction sheet. The old fashioned "carbon" battery only lasted 2 days. This clock is located in a stairway that can only be reached via placing a ladder on the stairs. So, I need as low attention of a battery operated clock as is possible. Sadly, this is certainly not it. I'm returning for a refund.

Ok, So these hands are good for a craft project rather than reliable timekeeping. The pros: easy to use and simple to put together. The hands have been keeping time fairly well. I use carbon batteries as instructed. The cons: The instructions have poor English translation. Multiple areas of poor word choice and misspellings. Also, the hands are flimsy. Don’t breathe on them too hard. Seriously!!! They bend super easy, so handle with care. Overall, the product is cheaply made but is functional. I used this to make a wall clock with photos. Did the job and gave me the look I wanted.

So far so good! It arrived as scheduled. We received this a few days ago and just opened it today. I did not remove the film as the instructions said to do. This was just a test run. I love that it gives you two options. The instructions are easy to follow; this is my first clock DIY. I love that it is black and gold/bronze. The clock seems to keep the time so far!

Years ago we bought a large (22" glass diameter face) wall clock and eventually the quartz battery clock arm movement wears out. It was time to replace it again so I ordered the EMOON unit after trying two other brands without success. I easily took it out of the round metal container it was in (for folks wanting to use it for a clock face of their own design) and placed it behind the "antique" looking clock face I already had. Other reviewer complaints about cheap quality or flimsy hour/minute arms (they have to be thin folks with only one AA power supply) are wrong. In fact, these clock arms seem sturdier than several other types I've tried. GREAT value, perfect packaging (in a cardboard box and parts surrounded by foam rectangles), and very impressive hand movement. Instructions warn to use "carbon battery" (not alkaline) and I'm not sure why the electrical charge would be any different but I went to the Dollar Store and got HD AA batteries as advised. A gold "seconds" hand even included as a bonus we never had before. THANK YOU EMOON!
