Butlers - Hot Chocolate - Milk - 240g

Tasty hot chocolate, and everyone finds this kind of fun and unique and even a bit exotic, being from Ireland ;-). You can adjust the “chocolatiness” of your hot cocoa by adding a second chocolate or using more or less milk. Up the richness by using some half-and-half or cream. Make it by the cup using a microwave, or in a pan for bigger batches. It’s a great under $10 Christmas gift for friends and hard-to-shop-for coworkers. For me, this product has always shipped from Caroll’s Irish Gifts. Doesn’t take long to arrive, and so far the shipping price has been the same flat amount whether ordering one box or half a dozen... so of course, we maximize and buy multiples now.

Very yummy. A little pricey. But very good. Bought 2 boxes at Christmas and gave one as a gift to another chocolate loving friend along with a Christmasy looking mug with a gold looking spoon that was dipped in chocolate . I made some biscotti and put it in a holiday bag along with the recipe. Had a small basket that I lined with a new Xmas towel from the dollar store. A crossword puzzle book and candy cane pen.Put the whole gift inside a cellophane bag with and a bow with a gift tag. She loved it.

Very good chocolate. I use this at night in almond milk for a cup of hot chocolate. (bedtime snack when I still need more calcium for the day) . Comfortable food!

These are wonderful for their intended purpose - making hot chocolate - but they disappeared as pop-in-the-mouth treats before I'd had more than one cup!

Got for a gift - put in basket with kitchen towels and cups so my sister and her family can add this to movie night this winter. Feel that this will be an easy and less time consuming way to have a special treat for the family. My sister is very busy with family and work. So I don't know yet if it tastes good, but my sister loved my gift. It was well packaged and was in good order when it was delivered to me. We have had an unseasonably warm winter and I was worried it would be melted or dis-colored in same way. It came to me in perfect condition.

Out of boredom and while looking at very good reviews, I purchased 16 (Sixteen!) boxes of that "Irish Chocolate Drink", for everybody around. But it looks as big candies in ALL those boxes, even if it has been described as "240g of powder". When my ex-Boss and I tried to mix 1 piece in 5-6oz of hot milk, it turned to be milk mostly... Maybe, 2(two) candies per small cup would be "chocolattier".....

I was excited to see this product. It made a better eating chocolate than a hot chocolate drink. It was not chocolatey enough. I ended up using about 4 for a cup of hot chocolate.

It was so mild, I found it more delicious to just eat it straight from the box.

It has an awesome taste but it is a little expensive.

Butlers make great hot chocolate, bought loads of these over the years for presents and myself.

These were of good quality but they jammed in my chocolate machine - AMZCHEF 8 in 1. I had to use them in an ordinary pot.

The product is yum, ended up eating half of it as chocolate rather than making a drink with it. Very good for gifting

Delicious hot chocolate, bought as a gift as well as for myself and were perfect, made from good quality hot chocolate which melt/mix well and taste great. Look like little Butler's mugs chocolates which you just pop into the mug which make no mess at all, good value for the quality of hot chocolate created, would definitely recommend.
